So bought a poster, could not wait to get it. It shows up in a triangle box that offered very little protection - the box was totally crushed, the poster bent so bad that its basically un-hangable. Reached out to the customer support email but heard nothing back. All in all a 0 star experience.

Sent a complaint to beatprints about a wrong delivery. They answered within a day, but their mail ended in my spambox. They took the effort to still get in touch with me for 3 times! Allso received a new replacement of my order within a few days and got a refund to make it up. Now that’s a service you don’t see a lot anymore!! Surely will order a next time! Thanks Beatprints!

i got 2 framed posters and they took just over a week to come but it was definitely worth the wait as they are fantastic, will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

It says my package was supposed to arrive yesterday it still is coming

We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the delivery status. Delays can sometimes happen with the carrier, even if the tracking initially shows an earlier delivery date. In most cases, the package is still on its way and gets delivered shortly after.
