Leider ist mein Bruder, während einer Urlaubsreise in Ägypten, plötzlich verstorben. Er wollte in Ägypten beigesetzt werden und BE Assistance International hat mir dabei sehr sehr geholfen. Ich musste alles von Deutschland aus organisieren.
Die erste Kontaktaufnahme zu BE Assistance war so unkompliziert. Ich habe auf meine Anfrage per Email SOFORT eine Antwort über WhatsApp auf deutsch bekommen. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und einfühlsam.
Auch haben sie sich für die Sonderwünsche, wie zum Beispiel die Beisetzung in Luxor, sehr eingesetzt und letztlich auch umgesetzt. Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Moment an sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut und kann wirklich jedem, der in so eine fürchterliche Situation gerät, BE Assistance empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was very smooth and executed in a time sensitive manner he was very accommodating to all of our needs and allowed for us also to engage in the process which was extremely important to us. Closure was one of the things that we struggled with given that family was on a different continent and in the grieving process it’s hard to run logistics without someone you trust Sadly, this is a service that many of us need but within that sad situation, I would trust no one else I have even made sure to pass on his information to my loved ones just in case they ever need him please do not hesitate

As a friend, I attended the cremation of the deceased. Mahmoud, the person who took it in charge in Alexandria, was extremely efficient, discreet and professional!
