Item lost by Royal Mail, but replacement sent.
I bought a Tigon tank with next day delivery, but Royal Mail lost it. I spoke with Neil at Bear's Vapes and her was very understanding and sent me out another one. Great customer service.

Not just the Bear necessities!!!
Long time reader first time writer, but just felt compelled to say how excellent the customer service was from Neil @ Bears Vapes
Had ordered a couple of Vapes, yet there was a problem with my tracking number, emailed and got an immediate response, after a further problem beyond their control Neil personal rang to reassure me it would be sorted … and true to his word … it was!
Even chucked in a free pack of coils for the inconvenience, which he didn’t have to do atall, but which was greatly appreciated!!
He really did go above and beyond to ensure absolute satisfaction, a true gentleman who really does give 110% to customer service
