This is my second review of BeanBros. I had two giftcards, so I needed to use the shop a second time eventhough the first time was also disappointing.

I placed the order for me coffee on september 25 as they stated next roasting day was September 27.

I received my coffee on September 29 as expected based on info from their webpage. However, on the website and also according to the feedback I got on my earlier Trustpilot review it is clearly stated that the coffee is roasted to order and shipped fresh. One of the two bags of coffee I received was roasted on september 18. Before I placed my order and  delivery 11 days after the roasting date. That is highly disappointing. In my experience with high quality light roasted coffee beans the optimal time from roast to brew is like 7 days. I asked for an explanation to this, why it was “old” coffee by email on the day I received the coffee and I even followed up with a second email and a message via facebook on October 7. I never heard anything back from BeanBros.

Unfortunately, that is a company that cannot be trusted neither with delivery times nor with roasting freshly to order and sadly they have no costumer service that answers their emails. This time I will give BeanBros one star only as I only got one good back of coffee and one old back of coffee.

As someone who brews espresso daily, the Varia VS3 coffee grinder has been a fantastic find. Its compact size is a standout feature, easily fitting into the smallest corner of my kitchen. This small footprint is especially appreciated in a space where every inch counts.

The grinder's stylish design is another major plus. Its' modern look fits effortlessly into my kitchen. It's a piece that catches the eye.

When it comes to performance, the Varia VS3 has a great consistency. It produces fine, uniform grinds that is ideal for espresso. Additionally, its maintenance is straightforward, making cleaning less of a hassle.

Just got one of their beautifully designed VS3 grinders 2. Gen. - and I never want to go back. Changed my life forever and my cup of coffee! An amazing upgrade from a (still great Comandante) Hand Grinder.
With the best coffee (by 19grams ;) ).
Will recommend this grinder to anybody!

Muligvis god kaffe, har ikke smagt den endnu men leveringstiden er helt ude i skoven!!!
Bestilte 2 poser kaffe tirsdag 31/10, begge lagervarer i flg. hjemmesiden. Havde håbet at modtage dem op til weekenden jvf oplyst lev. tid på 2-3 dage. Har netop modtaget dem i dag 9/11, 9 dage efter bestilling…..hvad f… sker der?! Hvis man bestiller et par sko i Nike shoppen inden kl. 16 har man dem næste dag…hvorfor er det så svært?
Konstaterer ved udpakning at den ene pose har ristedato 3/11 og den anden 12/10…?? I forsendelsen ligger en flyer der beskriver: “Our coffee is top notch quality, but most importantly, seasonal and roasted shortly before shipping”.
Det kan man så ikke lige sige at den er!!
Overordnet konklusion: prisen står ikke mål med den service der bliver leveret :-(

Beanbros has been my go to place for coffee and coffee gear since 2016. Never had a bad experience. And the coffee is usually fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone.

I like the service, and the way of following the order .

Smooth transaction, love the beans. Only hitch was with the 3rd-party provider who shipped the items to Asia.

Coffee is really tasty and packaging and shipping was great. But it still has to be shipped a long way so I‘m rather looking for something local

I had a very positive experience with Bean Bros. They immediately answered on all my questions and the shipping was very fast and the items well packed. The Varia Aku scale is very well made, has simple and fast settings and doesn’t rattle on the drip tray. Highly recommend.

Bean Bros lavede fejl med mit abonnement begge måneder jeg var abonnent ved kun at sende en af de to betalte poser den første måned og sende to identiske poser den anden måned… Så generelt skuffende oplevelse…

Kaffen er god, men leveringstid er ekstrem lang. Jeg bestilte for en måned siden og har endnu ikke modtaget min bestilling.
