Fast delivery and extensive info on website
Bought the Varia VS3 grinder. An amazing experience fast delivery and I love the information they share on their products and just coffee brewing in general on their website. This was very helpful for a new specialty coffee brewer. I cannot wait to order my next equipment and coffee!

Scam and customer support doesn't even exist
Customer support doesn't even exist. They sent me the wrong item, and I haven't received any feedback to my emails so far. So I payed 40€ for a product which costs 19€, that’s scam!
Mid, at best
Tried all the beans, multiple times and the best of them were just alright. I fact, most of the beans were so 'meh' I thought it might be a scheme. When you then add how expensive they are.. I actually just checked in now to see if they still existed or perhaps it had been a 'quick cash grab'-scheme. Doesn't seem like it was. Just shows the coffee businesses isn't for everybody.
Really bad costumer service
Very disappointed with this company. Had their filter coffee subscriptions for some months. They messed up my delivery a couple of months and delivery takes a long time on average. On a personal, I wasn't very satisfied with the selection of coffee so I decided to cancel the subscription. Since I couldn't do it on my login account, I tried to cancel by email as stated in the website. I had to contact them again since I received no reply. After finaly being able to reach them, I was still charged for one more month of the subscription and they don't reply to my emails anymore. Really poor costumer service.
Keine Mühle, keine Rückmeldung
Leider eine katastrophale Erfahrung. Ich habe eine Kaffeemühle vorbestellt, bezahlen musste ich direkt, Trotz voraussichtlich 10 Wochen Wartezeit. Erst auf meine Nachfrage nach dem eigentlich angekündigten Liefertermin habe ich die Info erhalten, dass sich der Versand um weitere 2 Monate (!) verzögert. Auch die habe ich mittlerweile geduldig abgewartet, jetzt reagiert der Kundenservice nicht mehr auf meine Nachfragen zum Liefertermin. Das Geld ist weg und ich sitze ohne Info hier.
Finger weg, es gibt genug andere Kaffee-Shops!
Update: Die Maschine ist nach 5 Monaten (!!!) geliefert worden. Die Kommunikation war furchtbar zäh, eine Vorbestellung würde ich hier nie wieder machen.

It's all fun and games until you have an issue or need to return something—that's when the nightmare started for me.
In my personal experience, this has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered in an online shop. Whenever I called, no one answered the phone. There was only an answering machine, and I never received a call back.
They state on their site that they don't accept returns if "they" think the item has been used, even though they are obligated by EU law to do so. The reply time for my emails was sometimes three days, possibly even longer. The whole process took about a month, which is unacceptable.
Draw your own conclusions from my experience, but I will never order anything from this shop again.
The coffee was incredible
The coffee was incredible, and unlike light roasts from other roasters we managed to extract it well with our home espresso equipment.
The beans were shipped freshly roasted, and the tracking accurate.

I recently purchased the Varia VS3 grinder from BeanBros, and I am pleased with it! The delivery was quite fast, and the staff there assisted me in selecting the right burr set for my espresso needs. The grinder performs wonderfully— it's smooth and consistent. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to elevate their coffee experience!

Inaccurate SLA and lack of support
- Ordered a subscription on Mar, 19 this year for the first time — they shipped the order next day and the delivery was ok
- A month later (in April) a second order from subscription had been placed
- After a week of waiting it still wasn't shipped and I raised a ticket in their support
- After a week of silence they answered that they always ship orders in first week of month — ok, but i couldn't find this anywhere on their website
- First week of May passed — order still unfulfilled, i'm asking again what's up with the shipping estimate
- Second week of May passed — still unfulfilled, no response from support
- Then I'm heading to their Instagram page and asking them in DM to elaborate, being answered that they ship orders in first two weeks of the month (why did they tell me that it's the first week?), and that they're having issues with shipping orders internationally
It's May 15th and the order is still unfullfilled, and they haven't answered to my support request by email.
The whole point of subscription service is to ship goods _on schedule_ — you can't just choose random date each month.
I thought it's a common sense to inform your customer that you're about to miss your SLA, but it seems it's not true in this case, which makes me think there's no such thing as customer service there.
UPD May 15: they've just cancelled the order even though i never asked for this. When we asked for a reason of cancellation they left the question unanswered.
One of the worst customer experience I…
One of the worst customer experience I had in a long time. I received my order, a VS3 grinder, after 1.5 months after making the purchase and they having deducted the money from day 1. Some of the delay was due to the product being out of stock (which was not advertised on their website), some of it becuase it was late from their external provider (not my problem), then it was easter, then there was a problem with my order (the way they gave me a discount originally meant it was in pending mode instead of being completed). Worst thing is the way they handled all of this. If they had checked my order from the beginning, they could've seen that there was a problem with the way the order was given, if they had communicated that there were delays from the external provider and not promised the product "any moment now", it would have been also been better. But they told me "the products have arrived at our place and will be handled soon" multiple times with days and weeks inbetween and at one point they even disappeared for more than a week without answering my emails. I truely believed they were a phishing site with all the vague promises of the order arriving soon and then not answering. At one point I also thought that the company was going bankrupt and not completing orders. Beanbros, I hope you will be better with customer service in the future.
