I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and Daniel was so genuinely kind and helpful. He canceled my subscription and gave me a refund which was amazing. Their customer service is top notch.

The site has a deep collection of customizable templates and provides interactive resume building features which are helpful. The customer service is responsive, I had a billing issue they resolved in a couple of hours.

The website was unable to read basic parts of my resume and kept rearranging them into unreadable sections. Some of this I could correct, but some I couldn't. After a 1/2 hour of trying to fix this, I realized that sadly the actual advice that was offer was useless. I only paid $0.99 ... but if I had said $0 I would have over paid.

Daniel Mays helped me after my trial was not properly cancelled when I attempted to do so on my own.

He made sure my trial was cancelled and that my refund was processed.
