We all love Jiu Jitsu and train or compete for a multitude of reasons, we each have our own aim. What is common amongst us is the feeling of progression and losing ourselves within the art where sanctuary is sought. Most of our time is invested in progressing on the mat and very little in progessing off of it. Our team are dedicated in delivering investment in your excellence in all of the areas that effect your Jiu Jitsu as well as the Jiu Jitsu itself. We believe it is vitally important and so our seminars are a blend of education in performance on a wide range of topics. Not only will you receive world class Jiu Jitsu Instruction, we will educate you through experiential learning on the positive effects of cold water recovery use. This will then lead onto a mixture of yoga and mobility exercises specifically targeted and designed to relax your mind and body in preparation for the Jiu Jitsu to follow. Additionally, you will be introduced into a different way to look at mindset and positive thoughts and psychological framing. All of our seminars are delivered by exceptional individuals in their chosen field.

Amazing seminars and loved the layout of the day. Really helpful, charismatic and kind team always available to help and support throughout! Only let downs were the food which was pretty dire and child size portions - aware this was probably more likely an issue with venue but thought it was worth feeding back! And we were a little disappointed that although named “beachfront Bjj” we were not on a beachfront at all! Great seminar led by ffion, loved the yoga at the end of the day and the sleep seminars were really insightful. Little freebies were a nice touch and a great atmosphere all round! Thank you team!!

Hey, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it and glad that you enjoyed your time with us. We will inform the venue with the issues surrounding the food. Given Ffions availability (she is a woman in demand), we were limited in the venue we could use as our first choice was not available when Ffion was. We made the decision to choose Woodbury Park as it is in a stunning location which also ensured we could meet Ffion's availability. Lucky we did as she was on fire!! Thanks again and we hope to welcome you back to us next summer.
The best BJJ seminar!
The best BJJ seminar I have gone too! You can tell that Mo and the team go into detail when planning the event to make sure it is the best it can be and ran flawlessly. I can't wait for the next event as myself and my partner will be going.
Mo is also great at running the social media account and responds very quickly.

Excellent seminar and content
Excellent seminar and content . Venue was a little disappointing as a Brummie was looking forward to being by a beach. Would have been nice to have Ffion for a second pm session as she was amazing. Next year a lunch simple BBQ would be great with meat and veggie options , real flat breads and big salad trays from a catering company at a fixed cost £15 that is optional on booking . Big thanks to all the team as your all great people ..

The best day. Was very nervous about coming alone but was soon put at ease. Really well organised and everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. Amazing seminar from a world class athlete. The whole day was just awesome.

Excellent event and organisation
Overall a really well organised, thoughtful event for BJJ athletes. The seminar with Ffion was fantastic and given plenty of time for questions and help with techniques. There was time for rolling and open mat as well as excellent education around recovery and sleep which was incredibly well delivered and explained. Venue was beautiful and instructions were clear and helpful about the location and days activities. Excellent event all around.

Beachfront BJJ STRENGTH TO STRENGTH
Great venue Woodbury park is well facilitated parking is great,bar food well priced.
Mo is a great host that instantly makes you feel welcome and let of the community.
Ffion Davies gives world class tuition,literally a world champion.
Then into speed dating rolls.
Great off the mat talk about the importance of sleep by HNM 24 very insightful and will defo use.
Yoga was great as sitting the mat for a few hours can make you stiff but the.
And then all out war for 5 mins rounds for 40 mins at the end.
Oh and ice baths
Which I’m getting into now.
Looking g forward to next time.

Online Seminars
After attending the online seminar regarding female health in jiu jitsu I came away with some valid tips and advice to take into my own training and i'm looking forward to putting them into practice. I learnt so much in that hour, delivered in such a clear, easy to understand way with visuals which is really important for me and how I learn. I've already booked out the date for the next Beachfront BJJ online seminar and I'm really hoping there will be more to come in the future! Such an Easy, accessible way to learn

Attended the Women’s health in BJJ online seminar - the hour went so quickly and Megan Lowery had loads of really great tips (quality ones I never knew!) which I’m going to apply with my own training program.
