Helpful and responsive team
I wanted something slightly different to the preset options available for the timeline widget: no icons, just small circles. The team wrote custom CSS to enable me to correct an alignment issue that popped up. I haven't tried every widget in the pack as there are so many, it would take a while! The ones I have used work just fine and their level of service gives me confidence that if I need help with anything else they will help. Special thanks to Hasib Ali for your help!

I'm very new to WordPress and the technical nuances that come along with having a website. After completing an update, the dragon slider changed in resolution. Zillur provided clear and specific steps to resolve the issue for this newbie, which greatly reduced the stress I was feeling in not knowing what I needed to do to resolve the issue on my own.

Deliberately make it very difficult to refund the purchase
Plugins are probably fine, but they deliberately make it very difficult to refund the purchase. I was able to do it last year by contacting their support. But that didn't cancel the subscription, so now I have to refund it again this year.
If you search for "refund" on their ticket page, there will be no guide for it. The only guide I found said "you can refund the purchase from your dashboard"... great... where and how? It's not clear, and they are hoping that I just give up.
