Stay as far away as possible! Bcube Agency has proven to be completely unreliable and dishonest. They took my money and literally vanished into thin air. The service I paid for was never delivered, and their "customer support" is nothing but a ghost town.

I have sent dozens of emails demanding explanations or a refund, and they haven't even deigned to reply to a single one. Completely ignored. It is absolutely unacceptable to take people's hard-earned money, deliver absolutely nothing, and not even have the decency to respond to an email. This isn't a professional agency; it's a cash grab.

If you are thinking about using their services, don't. Save your money and your sanity. Embarrassing and scandalous behavior. I want my refund immediately!

The work environment at this location is highly toxic and unprofessional. The direct supervisor exhibits bullying behaviour, consistently dismisses input (even from more experienced colleagues), and shows clear favouritism. New ideas are routinely rejected out of hand.
Despite being marketed as a “family environment,” the atmosphere is dominated by fake politeness, persistent gossip, and backstabbing among colleagues. Personal likability appears to outweigh competence when it comes to growth opportunities or recognition; objective performance and expertise are largely irrelevant.
Career development is effectively non-existent unless you are in the supervisor’s small circle of preferred individuals. For the vast majority, this is a dead-end workplace where merit plays little to no role.
Recommendation: Avoid applying or accepting an offer here. There are significantly healthier and more professional logistics employers in the Amsterdam area.

I worked there in Bcube in Amsterdam Westpoort, a terrible place, terrible environment, and terrible coworkers, the Team leader was a joke, he did not respect anyone and didn't respect my boundaries, there is a difference between being a team leader and a friend and I was there to work not to make friend, and he was all time into my private life, he made unwanted "jokes" and comment in front of other coworkers.
Unprofessional, do not go there.
The Supervisor's name is Niko or Nico, but yeah I would not go there unless you want an unprofessional boss insulting you (as a joke) in front of people, plus the salary is a joke, really it is.

Also, the job is pretty boring, and in Summer you will get insects all over your body because the building is next to a landfill (Eeew)
The people in the office are very annoying (not everyone of course) but I would not even go there to work as an office worker because I witness so many rumours and gossip that is very sad, and from everyone, they one-second laughing and nice and two seconds after someone goes, everyone starts to say a lot of mean things, very honest place to work, congratulation you are a very terrible person!
Also as a vegetarian, I would never work here again even if the employees are different and Nico gets fired, they export and import bags from the skin of animals like pythons and crocodiles and different animals, just no way this is illegal in the Netherlands.
My idea Is if I need to get insulted every day I at least want a big fat salary otherwise, no way!
