Ben and Mark did a great job. Sorted out our hot water problem and smoothly installed a new oil boiler to replace our ageing, and failing, Worcester Bosch unit. I would 100% recommend this company.

Use the best and forget the rest
Our house is large with underfloor heating throughout, powered by a ground source heat pump. When the hot water cylinder sprung a leak, every other "plumber and heating engineer" contacted found some excuse not to help. I don't mean one or two, but nearly the first 10 from Worcester Bosch's own recommended list.
Not so with Ben at BCA. His helpful and 'can do' attitude was a refreshing change to the responses from the other dinosaur companies.
The specialist replacement tank was sourced and installed with minimum fuss or disruption. We will not consider another company for anything plumbing related and neither (hopefully) will anyone else who reads this review.

New boiler fitted
New boiler fitted. All packaging and old boiler taken away. Very efficient also kept everything neat and tidy. Good job well done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Bathroom refit. Highly recommend BCA
We had a total bathroom refit. Old bathroom, tiled floor and walls ripped out. New bathroom redesigned and fitted. Electrics replaced and walls replastered and tiled. Ben, his team and other tradesmen used were all great. From initial contact right through to the end of the job, everyone arrived when they said they would. All friendly, polite and respectful of our home. Work was completed exactly in the time we were told it would be. And we are so pleased with the new bathroom. It looks fab. Nothing is too much trouble and I 100% feel comfortable to ask questions or change anything, even after completion. Highly recommend and they're coming back next month for another job.

Quality firm
