Great aftersales service
Ordered a Weber bbq. The ordering was easy on the Internet and a good price. Delivery was quick. The only downside was one of the support legs was damaged when opening the box. A quick email with photos and serial number to the support team rectified this matter quickly. Overall a good experience with them.

Fabulous Customer Service
Purchased a Char-Broil Gas2Coal 2.0 440 Hybrid Gas and Charcoal BBQ from BBQ World (part of Dawsons Department Stores. A huge box arrived on a pallet, however when I unpacked it two of the panels were bent. I contacted BBQ World / Dawsons who responded immediately with no quibbling and arranged for replacement parts within a week. Fabulous customer service, very pleased with the new BBQ, would highly recommend.

Confusing website acts like a hub
Confusing website acts like a hub. I used dawsonsdepartmentstore.co.uk website previously for garden furniture and recently for a BBQ.
The strange thing about this website is it operates like a hub, different products take you to different websites, and each website has it's own store address, telephone number etc. so it is a bit confusing who is actually responsible if things go wrong.

Great service from BBQWorld
I ordered a Weber BBQ from BBQWorld after searching around for the best price. The ordering process was slick and the BBQ was delivered on a pallet the following day...even quicker that the advertised delivery times. I have yet to use the BBQ so I cannot comment on the quality of that but I was really impressed with BBQWorld.
