I am genuinely impressed by how well they worked. This is a no bs review. They are very trustworthy. I gave them my facebook account to login and they didn't do anything suspicious they just got straight to work. I bought the Venice ring deal and they did it within a day. Absolutely fantastic.

Waste of money company don’t help or refund!
Be very careful I bought some coins, they said the process was 15 minutes to 3 hours, I then messaged after that time to be told they haven’t started it yet and it would be in the morning it came to the morning I messaged and they said later on tonight, waiting and waiting eventually 2 days later I had my coins only for a hour until 8 ball pool took them all as they detected coins was being transferred I messaged the company to basically be told to do one and there’s nothing they can do and I’ve sent them all to my friends, it was a fresh new account with zero friends and it would take me months and months to transfer the coins as you can only do 50k a time, then they had the cheeky to keep sending me messages asking me to leave feedback I’m still getting the same message to this day via email, do not buy of this scam company they even messaged me asking me to spend even more money to get the issue sorted out and to have more coins!!

When you placed your order, we informed you that 8 Ball Pool offers like cash are delivered within 15 minutes to 3 hours, while coins orders take 6 to 48 hours. This was clearly stated in our product description and communicated to you.
We kept you informed throughout the process and worked as quickly as possible. When you reported an issue with your account, we found a warning from the game, likely due to unusual activity like consecutive losses, which can trigger a ban or coin removal.
To resolve this, we offered you a discount and then a refund, even though our policy states we cannot take responsibility for your account after the order is fulfilled. Despite this, you declined the refund and instead wanted to leave a negative review.
Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and transparently, and we regret that you were not satisfied with the resolution offered.
If you have further questions or reconsider the refund, we’re here to assist.
