In LOVE!
I LOVE my ring! It is even more gorgeous that I thought it would be, it is sooo perfect and completes my wedding set beautifully! It is rose gold, even though, for some reason, the photo looks yellow gold. Would order from BBBgem anytime!!!

I was given a time table of 2-3 weeks for the construction of the ring and then another week for delivery. The ring arrived in 3 weeks so the service and time was excellent. The company emailed me after I had put in my in my order to double check the size, so that was reassuring to know that the company wanted to get it right the first time. I would certainly buy a ring here again, wonderful experience and a beautiful ring.

Look exactly as pictured
Look exactly as pictured. Bands are very dainty and morganite is just the right size. They fit perfectly. Went to a jeweller prior to ordering for correct ring size. With the rose gold the rings have a soft blush appearance. Perfect!

They listen to you. They’ll send a picture of the ring before they ship it and if you don’t like the picture of it tell them to change it. They will

Terrible experience
After months of research into moissanite, I placed my order with BBB Gem. After receiving my ring (through regular, uninsured mail, I might add) I was thrilled. It was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that didnt last long. 70 days after receiving my ring, one of the 4 prongs holding my stone broke completely from the ring and my stone was lost. After emailing the company (as there is no phone number provided) and providing the photos they requested, they would not standy by their craftsmanship. I was told I shouldn't have worn the ring for "manual labor such as house work or taking bath". (My ring was never worn during physical activity.) They told me I would have to buy a replacement stone and have a local jeweler make the repairs. However, the link they provided for a "discounted replacement stone" was not a working link. Faulty craftsmanship, terrible customer service. Would never recommend.

Svar från Bbbgem
Thanks for your review.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused.
If the ring was worn under a collision or hooked clothes something accidentally, the prongs might be broken as they are tiny.
Return is not acceptable in principle over 30 days and this order has passed 70 days, however,we still would like to help you,we offered 2 solutions:
1.You can send it back to us and we'll fix it for you.The buyer should pay for the replacement fee on the lost gem,due to the center stone was lost and it's a expensive stone. Also, buyers are responsible for shipping costs back and forth.
2.We can offer you a moissanite in same size and you can have it fixed at your local jewelry shop which will be much faster and easier. But you should pay for the new stone.
Unfortunately, you didn't accept one of them.
The link we provided is a working link, may be you copied it more with the blank which behind the link. So it didn't work.
Every beautiful piece needs to be taken good care of.
Sorry again.
Excellent products

Good experince / Gemstones authenticity confirmed
Overall a good experience. We received the ring set we wanted at a good price. Communication with BBBGem was good through the ordering processes. The biggest concern we had ordering for the first time from this company was if the gems in the ring we received were real. After receiving the rings we took it to our local trusted jeweler and they did confirm that both the diamonds and the morganite stone were in fact real.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service. I accidently placed two orders and they worked with me to clear up that issue. I also ordered a ring to late to get it on time for the proposal, and they worked hard and fast and delivered it in time with no detriment to the quality of their work.

Amazing quality and value for great price point .
I was pleasantly surprised with the great quality of the stone and the price . Similar quality stone sell for higher prices elsewhere. My only complaint is the delivery service which is poor.
