I went to the Blink Brow Bar Selfridges Manchester. Booked the appointment and waited 20 minutes. Returned 20 minutes later to be told I had been double booked, no phone call and the assistant was rude. The impression was one of she could not be bothered and she did not care. Even when I was booking the appointment the assistant was lazy and not interested in me as customer.
All in all I have dodged a bullet due to the assistants rude and obnoxious nature, so saved myself £35.
Will not be coming here again
Just a great product! Saw it recently on socials and had to have it and was not disappointed. Great for filling in those pesky gaps in my brows and for defining shape.
Each time I have gone it has been worse than last, instead of asking what the client wants and likes in regards to shape etc they push what they want, even last time I had to tidy it up a bit at home but this time was even worse, left loads of messy hair and then took a pen and drew underneath my eyebrows leaving then uneven and very heavy. When you try to say something else they say to trust them they know and its great however after asking others if it was as bad as I thought they said it indeed was and now Ive gotten home and wipped it off have seen how badly a job was done: would add photos here if I could but wont be going back
I am still raging from the unprofessional jam of Blink Brow Bar- Canary Wharf.
I booked for a Saturday a couple of days ahead, and my confirmation email gave the address at the bottom.
I put this into google and make the way to my appointment.
As I came in the woman rudely asks why I’m here.
I tell her I have an appointment.
She says “no you don’t”.
I show her my phone and she says I don’t have you. (Extremely helpful!).
Another customer says maybe it’s the other one- and no point are the staff curious about what is happening or provide me with the alternative store location despite very clearly my email stating my appointment is with them.
The other location is not on google maps, so I’m walking aimlessly asking people if they know- with everyone directing me back to the place in my confirmation email.
I go back and the staff were rude extremely rude and dismissed me saying they have a fully day, despite the whole situation being created by the confirmation email stating this is where my appointment is.
Later I get an appointment telling me “I’ve missed my appointment” to which I have to explain what has happened.
Then they ask me what I want to do.
I said I’ll find another place to be seen and I expect not to be charged, and their response was to “check with a manager”.
Firstly, HQ need to ensure their confirmation emails contain the right address.
Secondly, in store staff need to be trained better in how to talk and assist customers
And simply not charging me for an appoint they messed up is the bare minimum- I’ve taken time out of my day for this horrid experience.
Stay well clear of this terrible company

I went to Blink Brow Bar after seeing the Google reviews thinking it would be a lovely treat for myself instead I wasted £90. The lady herself was very nice but the job done on my brows is shocking. I got a brow lamination and a tint. For starters the tint is not showing up and mind you I asked if it would be worth it since I have dark brows and instead of giving me the truth she prioritised money and directed me to get something I don't need. As for the lamination, it looks so bad - there are gaps all over my brows I can achieve a better job if I do my normal gel routine (I have pictures). Not to mention I spent £25 on the brow gel 'they recommend' and did not use water, shower or sleep on my side. I did it all and the results are shocking - I want my money back.
