Car had minor issue with door locking and unlocking and saying a door was open when it wasn’t. Told to come in Monday so they can take a look and got there and Glenn wasn’t there. Waited and waited to be told by a young lad that he’d left his phone in office so wasn’t sure when he’d be back. Not happy as car is under warranty. Won’t be buying a car from baytree again if that is their so called after care service
Bought a landrover discovery sdv6. Found the rear seat release latch was broken, knowing it was now in France, several suggested Internet sites were suggested for me to try and mend the seat. After several weeks l was told he had got a second hand replacement and would send it to me in France. All very helpful, but then his phone won't allow calls or messages. Not a garage i could recommend, no After sales service at all.
Purchasing a vehicle from this dealer was a highly disappointing experience. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed serious issues, which required repeated contact and follow-ups.
Based on my personal experience and post-sale communication, I can state that I did not receive any real support or an effective resolution. Despite attempts to resolve the matter calmly and amicably, I was informed that no further steps would be taken.
This approach undermines trust in the seller and raises serious concerns about their after-sales standards. In practice, the customer is left alone with the problem, even when it involves significant faults.
Based on my experience, anyone expecting responsibility, transparency, and genuine after-sales support should think very carefully before deciding to proceed with a purchase from this seller.

Do not buy from here!! all seemed fine AT FIRST had a small fault which was sorted. A few months later, just as warranty expired, car played up!! Paid £7500.00 for the car, had to take it for repairs - on the ramp was told too dangerous to drive- cost £3000.00 & they had no idea how it got through the MOT- that was a VOLVO garage!! l have had nothing but problems - now after 14months l have to admit defeat & scap it
£13000.00 all in all for a car not safe to drive
