Bay's Kitchen Omdömen 

I was a regular buyer of their vegetable stock, which I thought was worth the high price. However, when I opened a jar and found the texture of the stock runny, instead of thick like normal, and didn't taste the same. I tried to get in touch to see if it was ok to use and received no reply at first. I had to write twice. When I did get a reply they said it wasn't normal but they couldn't replace the jar as they had run out of stock, did I use anything else? I said I didn't but would like to try the thai sauces but havent heard anything since. Crickets. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, ain't no more. Very disappointing.

Items didn’t arrive, despite money being taken. No response from the company. Had to get refund via PayPal but the delivery charge is still outstanding. Disappointing.

Just wanted to say how happy I am that's I've found Bays kitchen, after have tummy issues for over 17 years and not being able to stomach a lot of food, I'd given up with the hope that I would ever eat certain meals again.
That was until I accidentally found their website and ordered their chicken Korma curry sauce and their chicken stock, the curry was wonderful, so full of flavour. Even my family members said it was full of flavour and tasty and touch wood for the first time in years I've been able to eat a curry. I'll be ordering more of their jars.
The chicken stock has lots of flavour aswell, lovely in gravy or soups / casseroles.

Ordered on a bank holiday and was delivered 3 days later, so fast delivery and I was kept updated the whole time.

Product are great and make life so much easier when living with the need for a restricted diet. Service has been brilliant, products delivered on time, everytime I order.

Only comment, is they could do with a greater range of low fat cooking sauces for those of us that need a low fodmap, low fat diet but enjoy variety.

I’m so happy that I found this company, makes cooking with IBS so much easier! I used to cook everything from scratch to avoid garlic and onion and sometimes you just want a quick meal. I saw some negative comments about flavour/consistency - these people probably never tried to cook low fodmap meals from scratch! Sometimes you just won’t be able to get the same flavour, I love spicy arrabiata, korma and tikka masala. Also so happy I can finally eat ketchup and bbq sauce!

I bought 4 products recently. Chicken stock, tomato ketchup, tomato and red pepper chutney and mango and pineapple chutney.

I am yet to try the first two but I was very disappointed with the taste and consistency of the latter two. They were both quite liquidy in consistency and the predominant taste was sugar. I expected it to be more flavour some and perhaps have some added spices or something to enhance the flavours but nothing. I also expect chutneys to have more substance about them rather than a liquid consistency.

I would give it 2.5 stars if I could because I haven't tasted the other two yet.

I went on the website to see what to do if you're not satisfied with the product but couldn't find anything. I feel like I wasted my money but I'm glad I tried it anyway. Delivery was quick which is good.

I won't be buying from BK again. I like what they are trying to do but I think their products need improvement.

Amazing first delivery. Ordered later on Friday afternoon and delivered today Sunday lunchtime. All well packaged too.
Really looking forward to trying them. Recently been told to follow Fodmap diet and awaiting a dietician appointment. In the meantime, I've been trying to make changes myself and I was feeling really down during the week about how I'm feeling generally, but also because of how limited my dietary intake is at the moment. A friend shared a referral coupon for £10 off and said he really enjoyed the range of products on offer, and so I decided to give these a try. Looking forward to planning my meals for the next week or two now.

Excellent quality food options - I've tried everything and look forward to them expanding their range. Ordering on their website is quick and easy, and they often have excellent value bundle offers. Delivery is fast and parcel is very well packaged. You have really made my life that much easier by having good ready-made meal options because having to prepare low FODMAP meals day in and day out gets a bit tiring.

On low fodmap diet and the curry sauces are brilliant, tikka masala is my favourite, would recommend even if no intolerances.

I'm so glad I found this company. As someone who loves curries etc but gets IBS flare ups every time I eat one, finding this company has been the best. The Thai curry is as good as a take away but a lot cheaper! Ive just got their stocks which are also great along with the maple chipotle. It's just nice knowing I can grab one of their jars without having to go through the ingredients with a fine tooth comb. Others say they are expensive but with the quality and taste of these products,they're totally worth it. If you sign up they offer special discounts too.

Ordered the recipe book. There are a handful of actual recipes in the back, the rest require a jar of Bays kitchen sauce:- so this is completely useless to me. I want to actually cook from scratch not have to use a jar of sauce every meal! Takes the mickey charging for this marketing booklet!

I've used Bay's Kitchen products for some time now, mainly the chicken and beef stocks which are great. I recently ordered more and included the Thai Green Curry. I used this with the chicken stock and made a delicious tasting stock in which I cooked chicken, green beans, sweet potatoes, red peppers, a few potatoes, spinach and rinsed canned lentils. I live alone so batch cook. I can only say it is delicious. I've had it twice now with rice and have frozen the rest so I have more meals to look forward to. It really is marvellous to be able to buy safe, low fodmap ingredients. Thank you Bays Kitchen.

An exciting find! Low Fodmap sauces! Good choice. Ordering easy and very quick delivery. All safely packed. Have only had one so far, Ketzu curry, and it delicious so looking forward to trying the next one.

I wouldn't have been able to manage the FODMAP diet without Bays Kitchen sauces.

Both my husband and I are very happy with these products. I use the cook in sauces once or twice a week for tasty easy meals. The stocks are great to add flavour to home made soup and stews and the mayonnaise livens up sandwiches and salads. Also so glad to have found sauces that do not include onions and garlic or unnecessary ingredients.

Tried the mild korma paste and veggie stock. Both nice and tasty, delivered quickly. I am a.massive fan of the recipes too. It can be really hard to find things that are low FODMAP to eat and the recipes are such a help (and delicious to boot!)

Lovely sauces that don't upset my tummy. Amazing to finally be able to get a ready made sauce that's fodmap friendly. Customer service is great too. I'm keeping the cupboard stocked up for quick meals.
