Sharlene was absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly. She quietly and confidently handed me dress after dress to try and listened to my wants and needs. She also went out of her way to send me a several dresses and accessories overnight when we ran into a few issues with bridesmaid gowns.
She made this whole experience so calm and joyful at what was a particularly stressful time. Thank you!

Absolutely love the Infinity Dress and the colour! I couldn’t decide what style of dress I wanted, so the Infinity Dress was the perfect choice as it can be worn and styled in so many different ways.

The material is amazing — wrinkle-free with a beautiful soft texture. When you first handle the fabric, it feels quite heavy and luxurious, but once it’s on, it feels light, comfortable and seamless on the body.

I’m extremely happy with the quality, fit and versatility of the dress.

This company NZ based , their website is easy to work with clear good examples of the clothing including plus size and a good variety of colors in each style. I opted for the try to buy option my dressed arrived withing 5 days they all fitted and as advertised .The staff were amazing and the refund instant. This made my daughters wedding less stressful and I felt great in their dress.

Absolutely gorgeous dress! I used the Try Before You Buy option and ordered two dresses, returning one. The whole process was easy and hassle-free. The green sparkly ball gown is stunning in person, with excellent quality fabric and beautiful detailing. It fits wonderfully and looks fabulous on. I'm sure my daughter will receive many compliments when wearing it. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking for a glamorous and elegant gown.

Highly recommend the fantastic and professional customer service from Bay Bridal. My first pick arrived and I hadn't quite got the sizing right and on trying it on i decided the colour wasnt i wanted...(make sure you do take an accurate measure of your bust with a bra on for the right size)....no problem in returning and swapping for another colour and style...all very prompt with plenty of communication. Very happy with the dress and service. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Bay Bridal enough! I used them for an event and used their 'Try to Buy' feature. The turn around time was very swift, and every time I contacted the team via email they always responded quickly and went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. The dresses were all immaculate. And they have a really great range for more curvy ladies. I was so impressed and grateful. I would definitely use them again.

I'm never sure about buying on line, still like to try things on. But I just had not been able to find anything suitable in shops in Tauranga, so went on line. Really pleased to find a NZ domiciled business and being able to use the "try before you buy" service was great. I had three dresses quickly delivered, tried them all on at home and returned two. No issues with returning them (only a NZ post courier of course so no delays with it being received back at the other end) and the money popped back into my account for the returned dresses. They were shipped as soon as my payment was received and arrived promptly despite the busy holiday season. I had an urgent need of a ball gown - not easy to find with two days notice. Not only was I able to sort one out on a Sunday via email, it was also posted by overnight courier to enable me to have it for my last minute function. Sundays and Mondays, Bay Bridal is normally closed so this was superb service. My new dress was delivered early Tuesday morning in Napier

From the time I contacted Sharleen at Bay Bridal, until I completed my purchase, she was so patient, answered my every question & showed she valued me as a customer.
