Took a couple bikes out on a Sunday and had an absolute blast riding down the coast with my wife.
The E bikes are comfortable, easy to use and look great! Will do again

The bikes were wonderful and riding around town in them felt so incredibly cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was overall a great experience. Our only complaint was that 4 hours was not long enough!

Bay Bikes has everything you need for a smooth ride.
Their website has excellent route suggestions; the customer service was flexible to allow us to return the bikes 7:30 pm. The prices are affordable, with significant discounts for kids; the bikes were in perfect condition. They're conveniently located in Sandringham, which makes it perfect for a ride to Port Melbourne along the coast.
I can't recommend them enough!

Today I had a wonderful experience with Bay Bikes. Together with my 2 nieces i went on a very beautiful and relaxed ride along the costline al the way up to princes pier at port Melbourne. There were several beautiful spot with nice views. I loved to see the skyline of the center of Melbourne coming closer and closer.
We visit st Kilda, the lovely Brigthon bathing boxes and stopt at some beautiful look outs.
The bikes are very easy and fun to ride!
I will come back here 😃

The best service I ever had. I hope you invest more bikes for young family. Focus on children. A bit frustrated for extra $10 to get toodler seat at the back. Still 5 star rating.

I did s ride from Sandy to Princes Pier and back, 33km. I'm a regular e-bike rider from Interstate. Big difference - my bike has central motor assisting the peddles. Your hire bike has rear motor driving the back wheel. It reminded me of riding a bike down hill, the bike goes faster than you can peddle, so never any real pressure on the legs. So, not knocking the experience, it was 'different', not much exercise value which I would have preferred, but at least got me out for a ride. I'm 80.
