Piece of advice, run away from Battmobile. Have recently subscribed "service my car" plan with Battmobile; WORST experience ever! 3 appointments missed, neither even cancelled, 3 days lost; Manager ABDUL SATTAR kept lying from day 1, showing he does not care about the clients. Till date not a single service done, nor any solution provided, nor any management involved despite complains.
Battmobile management you are requested to intervene and solve the issue

Yesterday (9 May 2026), a technician came to replace my car battery, and before the service, the price shared with me on WhatsApp for the SF SONIC battery was AED 360. The technician himself was professional and did a great job, so no complaints about the service quality.

However, after the installation, the official invoice shared by Battmobile showed the battery price as AED 324, which is lower than the amount I was charged. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund for the price difference, they were unable to provide any clear explanation or logical justification for the OVERCHARGE.

This is very disappointing and raises concerns about pricing transparency. Customers should not be charged more than the actual invoiced price. I hope Battmobile addresses this issue seriously and refunds the excess amount charged.

As always the response from the agent is precise and the quality of service is good.

Unprofessional team and got cheated by taking the service package. You can by battery but nothing else. Please dont go in the trap of sales team who is doing service package with battery

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their business model feels quite misleading.

They sell a car battery along with a “1-year service package” for around AED 2000, which sounds like a great and economical deal at first. However, this appears to be more of a marketing trap. Once you actually send your car for service, the situation changes completely. The so-called “free services” don’t really exist because they charge very high prices for parts and additional repairs, making the total cost extremely expensive.

Another serious concern is the lack of transparency and accountability. There is no proper job order or service tracking system, so customers have no clear record of what work is being done on their car. This makes it difficult to keep evidence or monitor the progress.

In my case, they kept my car for 3 days without clear updates, and then informed me that I would need to pay a minimum of AED 10,000 to fix the issues. This came as a complete shock compared to the initial promise of affordable service.

My honest advice to others: if you value your car’s safety and peace of mind, it may be better to let go of the initial AED 2000 rather than getting trapped into expensive and unclear repair costs later. Always ask for detailed quotations, proper job cards, and transparency before proceeding.
