One of my very best online retail experiences
I’ve made a number of purchases over the years and BatteryStuff has never let me down. Fast shipping, excellent packing, and solid products. The one time I had an issue with a battery it was replaced quickly with no hassle. Can’t say enough good, and try to buy from them wherever I can because I want to keep the good guys around!

As a previous customer, I can understand your frustration with the new shipping time frame. With the various USPS price changes, most of our motorcycle batteries now ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which delivers in 3 to 6 business days. However, we still offer Priority Mail at an additional shipping fee if the battery is needed quickly.

Had a question concerning the terminal…
Had a question concerning the terminal connections. So I called them and spoke to an actual person who answered on the 2nd ring. Explained my question. He took his phone and went to look at the battery in question which answered my question completely. I hung up the phone completed my order online at 2:15 pm on Thursday and received the battery on Saturday afternoon. Saved $100 compared to Harley Davidson quote.

Avoid, Customer Service non-existent
I'm just off the phone with batterystuff associates, Josh, and later Anthony were extremely rude, unprofessional, and impatient, could not answer any general questions, and were also not transparent about their company's policies. That is not the experience one would expect when dealing with a "reputable" company. In full honesty, I get much better responses when buying off eBay.
I happened to be in contact with RV Upgrades and Aircraft Spruce associates, and their customer service is actually of high quality. This is just my experience and the data point for others who were trying to purchase battery-related products.

As we stated over the phone, we were more than happy to answer your basic questions, but once your questions started to delve into more technical topics beyond our expertise, we suggested you email them or talk with the manufacturer of the product being sold. I'm sorry you feel we were rude and impatient. We did stay on the phone with you for quite some time and tried to refer you to the best people for your questions.
