Good and full information on website for car battery with plenty of options. Helpful office staff with phone queries. Order dealt with immediately and battery arrived promptly on time. Very well packed. Arrived charged and ready for use (tho warning sticker to remove transit vent plug did not say it was Yellow, so had to assume correct plug was removed). Hopefully it will last as expected with Exide.

Vehicle registration lookups are designed to help identify compatible options, but there can sometimes be variations by model, engine, trim level, battery tray size, terminal layout, or factory specification. We understand how frustrating it is when a battery shown as suitable does not fit.
Although the order was placed through one of our retail partners, we supplied the battery and would like to review this properly. Please contact us with your order number, vehicle registration, and, if possible, a photo of the existing battery or battery tray area so our team can check the application and advise the best next step.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and would like the opportunity to help resolve this.
Straightforward service that delivered what i needed.
The batery was delivered as promised, which allowed me to drive the car again. Forgotten how much i take the car for granted, thanks so much - reccomending you to my friends now.

Great Service
I bought a battery from Battery Dynamics last year that developed a fault. I contacted the customer service team who provided me with the necessary details and got the battery collected for testing. They kept me informed of the process and replaced the battery with a new one under warranty. Great service and would use again for future needs
