Great support as usual. Glenn helped me insert a file into my contacts correctly. Saved me a ton a lot of time.

Well... buckle up for a short ride!
company sounded promising so i decided to give it a try with small batch of about 120 contacts, out of that 120 I got 110 emai hits and 99 of them were "undeliverable" emails meaning the email address does not exist, I contacted customer service, they gave me the run around for 3 weeks! claiming that the back end team is investigating the matter lol I finally got fed up and replied with "not sure what your team is been doing for the last 3 weeks, but here's a suggestion: batch email everyone on the list and you'll get "email not found" reply within 30 seconds. Case should've been closed and my money should've been refunded within days... I never got a reply back nor my money back :/.

I deal with so many customer service professionals on a daily basis, but I have to say that Diana was the most prompt and helpful one I have dealt with. She answered my questions quickly each time that I sent a message. She went above and beyond to help me fix my issues with extreme patience and kindness. Batchleads can be very overwhelming when you first start buts its ok because its a very amazing website that has so much opportunities and there customers services is a 10/10!!! There was a gentleman named Adam and he really did an amazing job at helping me solve my problems

really great customer support! was having issues uploading an excel spread sheet and Benz was ably to help right away. he also stood on the line in order to ensure the steps provided went smoothly

Diane was super helpful. I had trouble uploading a list, and she took it upon herself to reformat the excel sheet so that it would work. She also explained exactly how they need it formatted, so that I don't have trouble with other lists in the future.

Diane was wonderful, very prompt and thorough. also very pleasant in her emails.

I had a slight hick up regarding to skip trace my list, the folks at Batch responded very quickly to my concerns. They were able to show what the fix's required and they took away all worries and concerns. Benz was the person who got me taken care of. I would recommend Batch Skip Tracing to everyone. They are professional , courtesy and the quality is spot on.

The response to my issue was extremely fast. I learned that the file I was uploading was not formatted the correct way and how to fix it.
Once I did as instructed my file imported correctly.
