If I was able to give negative ⭐️ I would! Terrible customer service, when ordering it gives you a estimated ship date within 1-5 days. However they neglect to tell you that 1. Your order will ONLY be prepared to be “picked up”, NOT shipped.
2. The return & refund policy is not easily disclosed PRIOR to purchase, that you CANNOT receive a refund UNLESS item is NOT received by 60 days.
I will never ever purchase or in anyway promote there products!
Appalling at the highest level of the word!! Heed the warning and DO NOT order from this company!

PIS*** OFF!
Really hungry. I paid almost €60 to receive a pair of boots that obviously become from China, smells TERRIBLE and the quality of the product is the worst. It’s literally plastic, I could paid for that sh** 5 euros or less.
The product you see on the photos they show you is not the same you receive.
What a thiefs !

I have two pairs from them: Ruby and Tunise. And everyone is looking when I am wearing them! Super happy with the extra fashion vibe it brings to my wardrobe and they are so light and still in v good condition even after a year. ⭐️

Don’t do this to yourself
I wish i would’ve read this before. My sneakers came to me scratched and really bad quality. Now I’m trying to find out if I’m eligible on getting the refund or if I’m getting STORE GREDIT! I’m so mad! I unfortunately have another pair of sneakers on the way too. These are way too expensive for the quality.

NEVER ORDER - NO QUALITY
I just received my shoes and it is super bad quality. The sole is a cheap production and too soft to run. I'm disappointed by the shipping and return policy. If you order in the EU, the product comes from CHINA (which was not transparent during the ordering process) and if you want to return the product you have to ship it (on your own money) to the US - this is insane!!! Never order from this company. Online it looks good, but the product is super bad and no piece sustainable.
