Got my winnings upto over 2k I've verified EVERYTHING to be told it isn't enough. They've had card verification, address, passport, bank statements and still are saying I cannot withdraw. As soon as I stated I would shut my account as can't withdraw my winnings quickly declined to zero.
EDIT .... I've now had over 50 emails in one day when I called them out as scammers. They're still hounding me to verify a card that revolut won't let me verify from back in may (even though I've closed my basswin account) yet I verified everything else including 2 bank accounts. I'm taking this further as they've caused me extreme anxiety. If anyone who's had same problems want to message me and get our heads together to bring this scam site down my FB account is Vicki Stock

Then when you do finally pass they will then tell you that you can only withdraw onto a Mastercard as there are "problems with vosa" no problem when taking your money though. They lie and lie and lie, refuse to verify themselves. They are abusive. They claim to be an honest and regulated casino. They are not Refuse to give you free spins. Refuse to ensure your information is safe. Do not use them. Tell everyone to avoid them. They should be shut down.

Wish i read these reviews before playing, every DEPOSIT you make, any winnings you receive you have to wager them x3, iv never known anything like it, so basically you win nothing. Also need a Mastercard to withdraw any winnings, but will gladly take deposits off your bank card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not even a 1 star, but had to rate to write a review. Read 9.14 in the terms n conditions which states this

Any positive reviews for this casino MUST BE FAKE. I can definitely relate to all the poor reviews. Absolutely dishonest and despicable. refused a withdrawal even though i have withdrawn before, need to upload documents again even though i have already done twice before, now they have 200 quid that i cant get.

Worst site ever ! Was told you have to wager 3 times your deposit before you can withdraw! Customer services just argue and are extremely rude !

Absolutely awful, you are allowed to deposit money using your bank account , then go through hoops to get verified. Once thats done they will NOT let you withdraw into your bank but have to have a Mastercard! So if you don't owe much on your credit card your gubbed!

Absolutely shocking... You can't withdraw. They request ID, you meet their requirements then if you don't have a mastercard you still cant withdraw. Site should be shut down!!

No licence advertise on Facebook.To be honest , facebook should take responsibility for letting these Advertise with no Licence. Probably one of the worst casinos you will ever play on.You will get plenty of bonus money off them.But the games do not play

It easy to withdraw once u done all your paperwork and it's good winning and u can only draw £400 at a time it take 24 hrs to 36hrs but it's very good company and customer service it very good 👍
