I wish I’d read the reviews before depositing money into this scam casino, I know others have wrote this but it’s true, it’s impossible to be verified as they keep denying you, the online assistant is very polite in the online chat but I don’t know how these people live with themselves as they’re all con artists, please stay away and save your money!

Won 400 euros, withdrawal kept getting rejected, only can use a MasterCard to withdraw tried two MasterCards still didn’t work customer service rude total SCAM do not use this casino!!!!!! They ring you up pester you when they speak to you on the phone they’re extremely rude and blame it on technical issues. Avoid this site at all costs.

Signed up and deposited £20, had a win and withdrew to my account. Didn’t ask me for any verification and reached my account in 10 minutes.

Deposited the 2nd time and won again, but then they requested ID and proof of address. Sent everything in and got accepted. Tried to withdraw again and they have rejected my withdraw 8 times up to now due to a “technical issue”. They say it’s because some banks reject their payments which is absolute nonsense as they accepted the first one. They only accept Mastercard to withdraw to also. Tried another card and went through verification process again…. Shock horror, declined again “technically issue”. Never known a gambling sight be so unprofessional, will be reporting to the gambling commission. Never again.

Won over £1000 let me withdraw £400 as that is there maximum won’t let me have the rest of the money asked them to close my account only closed it temporarily

Been getting harassed by phone and email for weeks now. Asked them to close my account because they won’t stop badgering me with phone calls and all they did was pause it for a couple of weeks. Going to have to change number now.

Not sure why so many 1* reviews, obviously not following what they ask as I’ve had no issues. Opened a Skrill account and send all the necessary documents. Been withdrawing €400 the past week or so with no issues. Had €2000ish so far after an 8k win, continuing to win bonuses. 4* due to the withdrawal limit and some games not working.

Keep well away from this site I've spent hundreds of pounds on here with no returns. Told them to close my account but it doesn't close because you can just click a button to reopen your account. I've even tried to exclude myself from this site but according to them they can't do that. This site is the worst site I've ever been on it's a con and a joke😡😡

I put £20 on their site just for fun, to play some games. I made over £100, but couldn’t cash out less than £150. When you add money you can add with any card, vut to withdraw it must be a mastercard. And now everyday they keep calling me to take me back into their shite site. Worst online casino. I asked them everyday to delete my phone number, but they keep calling me everyday

Please please stay away from this company. Winning isn't a problem withdrawing is definitely not in their interest I have twice had balances with nice wins over €4000 but at €400 a time to withdraw this will take weeks also guess what like many others technical issues took me over a week to receive just one payment they also do not take it off your balance hoping you spend it again this is what they hope you do I got so brassed off with having to beg for my winnings that I literally wrote over £3000 off just so I could close my account I had to verify my identity more than once and like I've said getting money out is almost impossible excuse after excuse also hundreds of emails saying you've won this and that when you havnt just to get you on the site they are praying on vulnerable people and they don't have a licence in the UK to bet so be warned don't just take my word but check all the other reviewers you will then get the jist and if your happy to win and not get paid carry on but that's the choice you make be warned

Please stay away from them. Is a joke. First time I withdraw money. Done all what I was asked for. Documents provided. Waited to check. Done a withdrawal. Waited over 36hours as said. And now get the email

Total rip off , Please don't go on it , at first you get good wins but it is impossible to withdraw, I am a Ex gambler and I fell in their trap ,and now it's knocked all my hard work to not gamble down the drain ,back to therapy for me ,

Scam site taken my money I didant want to use there service due to mentke health and I made a mistake joining they would not refund me and forced me into wagering saying I can with draw after. After this experience they turned around and increase my wagering. I did have a win but they would not let me with draw. They forced me to gamble and ever with money left on the acount they forced my acount down. They do not own a uk gambling license and it is illegal. They copied there site from another site called basswin there is basswin.uk and basswin.org they look the same but are difffent DO NOT USE I LOST MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRUAD AND USING LITTLE LOOP HOLES YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THESE.

SCAMMERS! Stay away from this platform. You can deposit money using any card but when you want to withdraw money only Mastercard cards are permitted , this if you can request a withdrawal because the verification documents are practically impossible to provide, they will refuse all the documents you will send… If you want to save your money don’t even bother depositing on this scam platform.

like other people says... BIG SCAM !!! I can't now rid off them.. bombarding me with sms from them & their scam casino unknown me partners, !! you can't block them as well !!! I tried many time closed pernamently account, contacted by @ etc, no answer from them, I can still log back to my account very easily, :/ fortunately I spend on their side only 40£, and in the biggining someone even call me once a week !! .. to being my personal gambling advisor !! when I stopped enswer the call ... they send me about 10 msg a day instead !!!

scammers, they don't return any winnings, everything I read in the other reviews is true. I would like to report them to close them down
