Honestly this was an incredible experience, like a subconscious exploration shining gentle light into some darker places of my mind. I will be forever grateful to Bartek for creating and holding the space for this kind of surrender... I felt safe in a way that is rare for me to find. And the most beautiful thing about the experience was not just how much I trusted Bartek to guide me, but also how the session taught me to have greater trust in myself. I walked out feeling so much lighter, and braver, and more playful and curious. I'm having a hard time reviewing something that is beyond words... All I can say is, thank you!

Spotkania z Bartkiem odbywały się w przyjaznej atmosferze. Zostałem wysłuchany przez Bartka i otrzymałem dużo empatii od niego. Warsztaty z PBP pozwoliły mi lepiej porozumiewać się z żoną.

I just finished my fifth 1:1 session with Bartek, who I worked with over the course of a month. My intention was to expand my capacity to receive—specifically through touch and from a man.
I have a background of sexual trauma and a tendency to freeze or dissociate during touch.
In our final session, I was amazed to find myself able to receive lighter, more delicate touch on sensitive areas that would have previously triggered me into freeze.

Bartek has an incredible ability to listen and respond with exactly what is needed. He is both highly skilled and deeply intuitive in his work. It’s a unique approach—one I feel like I’ve been searching for my whole life without knowing it existed. I felt truly safe with him and could trust his integrity throughout our process. His touch is powerful, and his hands literally radiate warmth and healing.

Today i was fortunate to join on- line gathering guided by Bartek .It was the very first time i joined Senti class and even though the content was very familiar to my every day practice he helped me enter higher level of self love and expand it .
Today i will walk away with a beautiful experience feeling richer at heart and soul level .I can not wait to share what i've experienced with my dance partner :)
I hope in future i will be able to join work shops in person.
Your lesson today was a journey in a search of feminine energy my whole body craved and i found it within.

Miałam ogromną przyjemność uczestniczyć w warsztatach Sentí prowadzonych przez Bartka .To było naprawdę kosmiczne i głębokie doświadczenie. Dzięki jego uważności i subtelności poczułam się w pełni bezpiecznie zarówno poprzez delikatny, świadomy dotyk, jak i atmosferę, którą tworzy.
Warsztaty pozwoliły mi na nowo odkryć kontakt z własnym ciałem, dać mu uwagę i uznanie, którego tak często na co dzień mu brakuje. Bartek tworzy bezpieczną przestrzeń, w której można otworzyć się na taniec intuicyjny, czucie ciała i emocji. Na lekcjach indywidualnych pomógł mi zaufać swojemu ciału, odpuścić kontrolę i odkryć, że potrafię tańczyć. Wyszłam z głębokim spokojem, lekkością i poczuciem szczęścia. Polecam lekcje indywidualne oraz grupowe warsztaty Senti każdemu, kto pragnie wnieść więcej lekkości do swojego życia oraz doświadczyć bezpiecznego, karmiącego dotyku.
