I was started with company all seems good and extra knowledgeable info to fulfill role given van and cards told info will be sent to phone daily not told info on how long to do job or best outcome when raised issues told to leave ended going back days later and seemed it was our fault then other issues lack of communication and back stabbing to save themselves and put down new starters no help to helping company or all no feed back or raising issues no training or info sad really when fed something with good outcome just feel used sorry for next mug check your pay and don't trust them

Massive thanks to the team. They assisted with my extension in my property just outside of London. We was lucky to get the plans approved and entrusted Barry Turner & Son to construct the extension. We recently used Barry Turner and Son Ltd for a refurbishment of our home and had a really positive experience with them from start to finish.

Having a large amount of work done to your home can be quite stressful, especially when different trades and different stages of the project need to come together, but the team made the whole process much easier than we expected.

What stood out to us was how well everything was managed. The team were friendly, respectful of our home and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. We were kept informed about what was happening and if we had questions or wanted to discuss something, communication was always straightforward.

There were a few hurdles along the way, as you would probably expect with a refurbishment once work starts and certain things become visible that you couldn't necessarily anticipate beforehand. What mattered to us was how these situations were dealt with. The team explained what had been found, talked us through the options and worked out a sensible way forward rather than just carrying on or leaving us to deal with the problem ourselves. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project.

The standard of the work itself was excellent and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail and the overall finish. It never felt like they were just trying to get the job finished as quickly as possible. They genuinely seemed to care about getting things right.

Another big positive was having one team overseeing the refurbishment rather than us having to organise and chase multiple different trades. It made the experience much less stressful and everything felt much more coordinated.

We're really pleased with how the house has turned out and with the experience we had with Barry Turner and Son. We'd happily recommend them to anyone considering a home refurbishment and would definitely use them again.
