As it is my first time doing this type of work in quite some time, i needed additional support with referencing and how many words etc to include. Apart form this, everything was great

I have completed the HACCP Food Safety Level 5 Course with Barrow Training online. Doing the course this way was wonderful as it gave me so much flexibility. The lecture notes were in simple English and easy to understand. My online tutor was Leona, she was available to assist me and point me in the right direction if I did not fully grasp a concept or if I had a question. I have learnt a great deal from this course and I am equipped to undertake my new role.

While i enjoyed this course, it was difficult and very detailed and a lot of work for someone who has never worked or studied in the special needs assisting, I have done my best with this course I have been sick for a few weeks which knocked me back a bit when it came to doing this course, for the last two videos I cannot submit because I have no way of doing them, I have really tried my best for this course and I did enjoy it , it has taught me a lot of what goes into being a SNA

I found it very challenging as I haven't completed a course since 2014. I found Selena to be responsive and available to queries. Thank you for your help.

I learned a lot from this course.

This was my first online training course and I did it with Barrow Training after being recommended to it by a friend.
I was very happy with the course set up and how it was explained, and the level of information given was excellent.
My tutor was Selena Osbourne and she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions asked. I also attended a Zoom call with Selena and other students which was very useful.
I would happily recommend Barrow Training for online training.

Communications was okay. Assignment briefs were confusing but got through it eventually

Due to a hectic work/ family life barrow training allowed me to partake in the online course of my choice in the time I could allocate to myself all in the comfort of my own home 😊

I recently took the manual handling instructor course with this company and found it to be very good and informative. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided valuable insights. The course admin staff have been fantastic with support to, helping with any issue I had around submitting material. The only thing I could say is I think possibly a course like this would be best suited to a training room rather than online. Overall, I would recommend it.

I thought the course was presented really well.
I was apprehensive as i hadnt done a course since my pharmacy technician course so was nervous of an on line one but found this excellent and the level of support from barrow training is brilliant. I had dealings with Fleurie and Selena both which were beyond helpful and always got back to me to help with any query. The cost of the course is fantastic value and im really looking forward to doing level 6 with barrow training. I would highly recommend to my friends and family or anyone looking to do any of these courses. Lareina
