Happy with how the print turned out but very disappointed with the unprofessional packaging, canvas wrapped around a piece of foam then in a plastic delivery pouch, canvas is all wrinkled and hopefully I can fix it as it’s for a birthday present next week and no time for a new one. Should have gone with a different company that we used for a different design that came delivered in a solid tube which kept it protected

I still have not received my order. I was never emailed a confirmation number. I emailed them so I can find out where my order is and have not heard back.

I was tricked into buying something that was not what I expected... This company is terrible. Do not buy from them...

Still have not received the product I paid for. Order was placed on December 5th 2025. As of December 29th I have received nothing and responses to my inquires are scarce.

The quality of the products sold by this company is total garbage. Customer service is non-existent. Express postage is expensive and means absolutely nothing in terms of receiving a product quickly. Returns and credits are a joke.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Very disreputable.

I ordered personalized canvases, cost over $140, the order sits in processing mode(4 weeks now and counting, they promised 1 week), the company will not respond to emails and this is the ONLY way to reach them. I believe they take your money and produce nothing. Don't order!!

Deceptive advertising. I expected a 3 dimensional sea glass looking ornament and received a flat, piece of plastic that looks nothing like the pictures or description. Save your money and skip this purchase!

Cheap, horrible, thin plastic “sea glass” Christmas decorations. While I expected plastic beads shaped like sea glass I was not expecting this piece of garbage

I purchased the sea glass custom name ornament. You must read the fine print. It is NOT sea glass, but an acrylic PICTURE of sea glass with name stickers to the front of it. It is flat, not 3 dimensional, and the picture quality is so so. Do not expect a true sea glass ornament!

They advertised for sea glass ornaments, l ordered 2 different ones. I received them and they are both plastic.

I ordered the so called sea glass Christmas tree with my grandchildrens name. It is not sea glass. It is plastic with shapes of sea glass. The only thing that is right. They spelled their names right and clear. That's the ONLY THING. Other wise I would have given it a -1. Not worth the money

I purchased a memorial ring for my best friend. Unfortunately, when I received this the entire thing was rusted and yellowing. All font inscribed looked horrible and I would definitely not give this as a gift. :( I know it was only $30, but it was a complete waste.

The “sweatshirt” I ordered was in fact, not a sweatshirt at all but a thin nylon material. The name I had put on it was supposed to in glittery, sparkly writing and was a flat color. I am totally disgusted with what I received after waiting so long. I read through the return policy and feel it’s not even worth jumping through all the hoops to try and get a refund. Lesson learned!!!
