This company seems to be using AI to ghostwrite fictional stories instead of actual human writers. Likely they have someone just overviewing the material post AI.

They do not let you talk to the “Writing Team” directly, the try and push a bunch of add ons to your project that’s extremely suspicious.

When you look up their address there’s no room/suite number.

I do not recommend this company.

Spent most of my time wondering if I was being scammed.
There was never a consistent point of contact and even when the same person called, it was always from a different number. When I finally stopped paying out money for them to add benefits on, they stopped responding consistently.
In the end, I already had most of a manuscript and expected mostly editing support. They still added to the document, most of which I took out because it did not match the tone I wanted. The cover design was less than ideal until I sent a ChatGPT image that they improved slightly.
During final publishing, they had claimed they used their internal connections to promote the book. There were no sales. I had to do all my own promoting for minimal return and doubt I'll recoup my losses on this project.

People often say never to hire a publishing company because they won’t do a good job. And while this company gave me a lot of revisions and really tried, they just didn’t do a good job with the writing and editing — honestly, I could have done a better job myself.
