Needed a new harness for Monty the English Springer and searches online brought us to Barkridge. Lovely website, easy to navigate and lots of information. Harness found and even went for a matching collar. Communication from Barkridge was excellent and the items were delivered quickly and packaged well.
We would highly recommend Barkridge if you are looking for quality items for you dog.

Struggled to find a harness to fit our Border Collie, Sky - as she has a large ribcage but this is amazing. Not only is relatively easy to adjust but seems comfortable so far. The black harness compliments her black fur.
I have told her she looks very professional and smart- which she was very pleased to hear. We have used it tonight in the park and she reflected beautifully in the torchlight.

This is the second Barkridges harness we have purchased. We happy with the first one, hence a second buy.

I was looking for a fully adjustable harness for my dog as standard harnesses just don't fit appropriately. The current brand we were using had increased their prices astronomically and so I scoured the internet and saw the great reviews for Barkridges and thought I'd give them a try. The colour options were good so I ordered. The product arrived quickly, the comms pre delivery and post delivery to check I was happy, were excellent. Unfortunately the harness was too big so I switched it for a size down. The reorder and credit process was very efficient along with the communication. The new harness fits perfectly, its really robust and great quality at a good price. I'd 100% recommend Barkridges and would use them again.

Just happen to see Barkridges on a Google search for harnesses for Dachshunds. We have another brand of harness which is bright orange,so is good for spotting when out in the field, or hunting in woodland or dense
undergrowth. However you can only hand wash it. I liked the look of the Barkridge harness which is slightly more substantial than the other one, plus the fact you can machine wash it.
It fits very well on Ludo and is easy to fit. I have now fitted a falconry bell to the D ring so we know where he is if he is off on a sent. Will haply buy again. Thank you .

I purchased a new harness for my dog from Barkridges last week, it unbelievably arrived the next day along with a super helpful follow-up email. Unfortunately I'd got the sizing wrong and had to order a smaller size, again it arrived the next day and again I received really helpful follow-up. The harness and lead I bought are really excellent quality. I'd been searching for new ones for ages and am so pleased with this! Just a great company to buy from cannot recommend enough!

Needed replacement padded harness for my young energetic mixed breed dog. Prefer harnesses so less risk of injury to neck but wanted one where it did up round the neck with buckle so no need to put over her head which she dislikes. Also wanted a harness with handle to assist control. Barkridges' harness ticked these boxes for us and in addition offered safety/reflective visibility stitching.
Found Barkridges' measuring and fitting guides extremely useful. Only niggle is that I cannot get the neck part of the harness by the release buckle to lie flat against her but that could be to do with her shape.
Cannot comment on durability of materials used as it's a recent purchase.
I bought a red one and as she is almost completely black I think she looks super smart in her harness!
Delivery was fast and packaging appropriate for transit.
