The items my puppy had to choose from were fantastic. She only dislikes the veggie snacks but that was ok as when I let the company know that, they made it right by sending her a different butterfly shaped cookie and a toy to replace the snacks with. I ended up giving the unwanted treats to a friends dog who loved them

It’s the 21st of the month and my barkbox is just now arriving after me having to spend $60 at Petsmart to hold them over for 3 week and now I won’t even get this order until I drive back to VA at Christmas. Not how a subscription service should work.

If I ever have a toy my dog does not like and I let them know in a review or email, Bark box will make it right and send them another toy! They will also ask what toys your dog prefers to make sure to get it right the next time!

In general they are a good company to…
In general they are a good company to deal with. They allow certain things to be tailored to your dog's needs. Not sure why there was a delay in this shipment but all is well, just glad it was not something really important like meds etc. Our King GSD loves all his toys, I was not pleased with the most recent Sept order. We had one toy that did not last but a few hours which as of right now he is looking for it. The back was ripped open, he's got BIG teeth, stuffing started to come out. It was NOT a duel toy. I hope they honor their promise.
