Overall given what you offer i cannot complain, however in comparison to other rental companies at tullamarine, their cars are cleaner, their shuttle service is more personal, more regular, my flight typically departs 8am, typically I can arrive at others around 6:45 whose opening is 7am to find they are setting up and their shuttle is ready to be at the airport at 7am. Your gates opened 6:55 and the shuttle bus didn't depart until 715. I found customer service to be slow and indirect/ impersonal and the car cars weren't clean enough for a rental standard.

Great prices. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially when the lovely 2026 Toyota corolla hybrid I was given had several features I did not know how to use! Administration online, on arrival and on return was quick and thorough. Shuttle from and to airport very welcome. I will definite use this company again. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Great customer services, always helpful and timely

Moe at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The car we booked wasn't available, but he found an even more suitable car, helped confirm luggage would fit, and even gave a discount for a different car. I would definitely use them again. George who drove the transit bus between rental facility and airport was very polite and courteous too.

Convenient, I booked online in advance, once I get off the airport, hop on their shuttle bus to get to their car park nearby, car was ready, clean, full tank of fuel

Very rude staff both picking up and dropping vehicle. Unhelpful. And not a smile anywhere.
The vehicle was ok - dirty from overnight rain so hard to see pre-existing marks on exterior.
Overall a very average experience and won’t be going back.

The process was just easy. I have rented cars all over the world and I must say Barhain Car rentals made it easy!!! Usually the check in process is laboriously slow and tedious not here, quick efficient and very customer focussed. The car was clean, it worked and drop off hassle free. Thoroughly recommend.

Bargain were amazing right from the get go. Booked the vehicle for 3 days, paid for full insurance, why wouldn’t you. Flew to Melbourne, called the office, lovely lady directed me to the pickup area, picked up from airport by George ( absolute legend) within 10-15 minutes, back to headquarters, 20 minutes and I was on my way. Car was awesome, Bargain were awesome and much much cheaper than anywhere else. The return process was just as easy as pickup and again George drop me back off to the airport. I wouldn’t rent a vehicle from anywhere else, these guys are awesome. Thanks to the team at Melbourne Airport for your assistance and support during my trip.

There was no windshield fluid and the charging port in the car did not work.

Completely unfriendly, disrespectful and dishonest service. I have never experienced so many difficulties with a car rental company like I did with this one. Do not trust them or rent their useless cars. They will charge you for pre-existing damages and steal money from your bank account

Fantastic service from booking online to returning vehicle at the branch. Very affordable. Friendly professional staff. Will definitely book with Bargain Car Rentals again. Vehicle was also in excellent condition, reliable, and very clean. Highly recommend!
