We had booked through a third party and…
We had booked through a third party and had chosen a kia. Once at Bargain we had the MG which i had previously hired and not enjoyed driving. When i requested a different car i was told it would cost an additional $60.00 a day. When we had agreed to the MG it had white cram left on ghe mirrors from not cleaning well and we needed to clean them. Positively when returning the car the young man whovtook the keys and the hand over was quick and seemless. Picking the car up with one service person and waiting more than 45 minutes to collect the car was also not expected.

Really nice staff. Answers all questions and tells me reasons for additional costs etc. Clean, simple, efficient car. Recognising me as a returning/frequent customer and discounting me is nice.

Bargain Car Rentals was the most seamless car rental experience I've ever had. They had truly exceptional customer service. I liked that their price was reasonable and that everything ran pretty flexibly. A nice bonus was that they didn't charge for an extra driver.

The service was good
The service was good. I left my drivers license there even I didn’t know, the staff informed me by email and by phone and organized me picking up in near office.

Really easy and convenient rental experience. Pick-up and return were both quick, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Also worth considering the Platinum/full protection option for the extra peace of mind.

With any of our vehicles if you find they aren't as clean as they should be we do recommend you have a chat with the depot staff to be provided with a solution or swap into a fresh vehicle.

Easy rental process, affordable, truck was exactly as described, easy to drive, no issues. Friendly staff, plenty of times to choose from for pick up and drop off. I will hire again whenever I need a truck or similar.
