their website changed the size of the shirt i wanted to buy when it placed it in the basket, didn't say it changed the size because the dropdown was obscured by their website trying to sell me another shirt.
second i got confirmation i emailed their direct support email twice and never got a reply. ended up being sent the wrong size shirt
I would love to give them 5 stars, but of the 5 shirts I bought, I only received one. I sent several emails to their support, but never got a reply back. This is going on almost 1 1/2 years since I ordered the first shirts, and it's still been radio silence from them.
I DM'ed them on Instagram, never got a reply. Sent two emails, never got a reply. Left a 1 star review on their website, and verified it via the Shop app, and it was never posted to the website at all.
I don't know if they have it out for me, or if it's just a string of mishaps. But for 1.5 years and $100 down, a single reply would have been nice.
Excellent customer service, responds quickly and professionally to any inquiries, great service and funny and comfortable shirts!
I bought 2 shirts. Bought them for the design but the quality was even better! no cheap prints and very comfortable. Only thing I can say is I had a few problems contacting personnel through the web chat. Would recommend
I’ve been purchasing merchandise from this retailer for over 2 years, including multiple shirts and vinyl stickers.
The quality of the shirts and stickers are phenomenal. The print and fabric of their older shirts have held up to this day, and their vinyl bumper stickers have remained vibrant even in 100+ F weather and through sandstorms. I was even able to transfer them to another car and they never fell off.
Customer service responses are friendly & prompt, and shipping times have been accurate, at times packages have even delivered earlier than expected + always included tracking numbers. They have never been damaged during transit either.
The products garner the best and hilarious interactions both in person and online.
