We have been growing trees for over 40 years and are based just outside of Ely, Cambridgeshire. Our tree nursery covers 300 acres and we specialise in containerised trees ranging in size between 3 and 7 metres in height, all grown in our patented white Light Pots™ to ensure a vibrant and quick-to-establish root system after planting. I received great advice and tree…
I received great advice and tree recommendations for my situation. Staff were really responsive, delivery was quick and the driver was lovely. They also answered all my additional queries about how to properly plant the tree.
The tree seemed in good health and was as described in terms of height etc. Obviously tree has only been in the ground for a few weeks and I will look forward to seeing how it establishes.
Thanks for all of your help and should I ever need a large specimen tree again, I will definitely be back!

High quality and excellent service
I've bought trees on several occasions from Barchams and the experience has been fantastic each time. So easy, staff are so helpful. I have also been in touch several times for advice when I had problems with the soil in my garden which affected the trees. The advice was always swift and helpful, and the problems is resolved thanks to that advice. I feel the personal service and expertise is second to none, the quality is excellent, and I feel confident using Barchams.

Gift Tree for Client
We ordered one tree as a gift to a client, and the whole process was straightforward. We phoned for some advice as we had to coordinate delivery with a few people, and the staff were very helpful. The order and delivery went smoothly. The only thing that would be helpful when ordering is to be able to add in an alternative delivery contact. So an order contact and a separate delivery contact. Otherwise we would be happy to recommend Barcham to others, and our client is delighted with their tree!

Great service on the phone
Great service on the phone, all promises made were delivered.
The one thing that wasn’t quite what I thought was the stake to secure the tree.
It was more of a cane.
I would however recommend using Bircham Trees to anyone wanting a tree!

Good tree and advice, poor delivery
I asked Barcham for advice online and Will was great, replying quickly with 3 options for our small garden. The tree arrived a couple of weeks later and was in very good condition but the delivery itself was shambolic, the tree arriving 2 hours after the estimated delivery time and my email asking when I could expect it being completely ignored.
