Hi Trevone, We shipped your order the day after you placed it and we upgraded the shipping to a tracked method.
For US deliveries we say it will be between 5-10 working days and you left this review after 1 week. We checked your tracking and could see it was delayed and at 10 days I refunded you in full. It now appears that it will be delivered tomorrow after 14 days.
I am sorry that you were unhappy, but at no point have you reached out to us or emailed us or answered our emails and we are always here to help our customers

Fabulous underwear
Fabulous underwear, but I've deducted one star because of the VERY irritating label/ tag/hook sewn into the rear waist band: itchy, scratchy and uncomfortable. Really spoils an otherwise perfect product

Absolutely fair enough, this was from our old line and now all underwear either has a soft touch printed care label inside the waistband or a tear out paper fabric label to ensure everyone is happy with the fit and feel

All good except that I think that the packaging now needs to be changed for bio-degradable.

Hey Simon, valid point and we have used biodegradable on some products but large minimum order quantities and questions over the actual biodegradability of the materials is creating challenges but we are looking at increasing this
Mistake in order but quickly resolved
Shout out to Mat who rectified my order in a swift manner after I emailed them about the wrong item I received on my order. He's a very sweet guy. Will certainly drop by and shop again.

As it was my first time shopping with them I was unsure of the quality, but the underpants I ordered are just amazing!! the most comfiest ones I have ever worn, I prefer these cotton ones over Calvin Klein's for sure.
They are fuss free and darn comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great to hear delivery was fast to Germany too ⭐️
Sport brief are not for sport activities!
Amazing fast delivery, after my order on Saturday night I received my package on Monday morning.
Quality build of the product, the elastic is great, they are really light and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the fabric is not so breathable and they are definitely not suitable for sports. After 30 minutes of cardio my balls and butt were very sweaty, feel much better with cotton briefs.

TOTAL THRILL
I am totally thrilled with my black STRIKE PRO microfibre bodysuit from BANG AND STRIKE, ordering it was so easy and it was delivered so quickly and efficiently for me to enjoy. It's a perfect fit, looks awesome, and the silky stretch fabric feels so good. My boyfriend loves me in it! So THANKYOU GUYS!

Uncomfortably manufactured, poor service
I purchased a few months ago and the labels in the back were not sewn in fully which stratch against the skin. When writing to them they said the batch wasn't manufactured to standard and the issue has now been fixed, "you can either snip the labels out or return them" (which would be at my cost for poor production). I choose to unpick the stitching and keep them. I repurchased in the current sale as the price was brilliant and as told I assumed the issue would be fixed, however the labels still stratch, iron in washing patches can be seen through the fabric and the fit around the pouch wasnt comfortable. I wrote in and was told I could return which I will be doing. This is a shame as the branding I really love.

Svar från BANG&STRIKE
Hi Ben, I am sorry this was your experience as it is not everyones but you are able to return for a full refund
We do know that for some customers our labels have been an issue, but for many they have not been and if they are then yes they can be snipped out but equally so this is not necessary and they can be returned
Our new products are due to launch later this spring and they have new soft touch branding and are made from sustainable fabrics as we listen to customer feedback and improve our range
We hope that you return in the future and try our new products
Thanks
Mat
