love the products and got them half…
love the products and got them half price so about what I wanted to pay for new underwear. even though it still came to £36 for 4 items and still had to pay £4 postage on top. 4 stars because the threshold for free delivery is a bit high and I had to trim a couple of loose threads.

Hi, I’m sorry you are not happy with your purchase but every order can be returned for a full refund.
Regarding the fabric the items you purchased are 95% cotton and only have 5% elastane for the stretch

Pro Strike underwear
Nice comfortable fitting briefs. Sporty and fitted style. I got XL so not too tight. Black and white colours available I got both.

Ordered x3 underwear
Ordered x3 underwear. The plastic sleeve of x2 of them was open and ripped & serrated on both sides looking like they had been opened before. The size of xl is more like large. Put me off tbh

Bad shipping Experience
Unfortunately they use Correos to deliver the package in Spain. They charge 9 euros and now I have to go pick up the package and it's going to take me an hour round trip. No matter the quality of the product, wasting an hour to pick up a package you paid 9€ to deliver it's not worth the hassle. I had better experiences with companies shipping from china. Based on the fact they overcharge for shipping and use Correos I won't be buying from them again.

We ship with Royal Mail to the EU and this is delivered to your door and we also cover all customs fees, so I do not know why in your case you have had to collect the package and my apologies for this. But with regard to the shipping cost we charge to the EU of 9 euros, this is less than we are charged by the Royal Mail for shipping to you
