The tools are incredibly difficult to use, nothing is streamlined, just sort of thrown together and there's a lot of guess work involved when attempting to create a band website. You must rely heavily on presets; better hope you don't have an actual vision and just sort of settle for what is laid out in front of you.

Excellent support
Excellent support. Though other videos said there was a 30 days trial, bandzoogle only gives a 14 day trial. Cost is very competitive with other sites. Because bandzoogle has a free domain name and a store to sell downloads without giving up any of the sales is a big reason for choosing them. Other sites need to buy a store or give a percentage of sales.
