Knowledgeable, real-person support, apparently available at any (reasonable) time. The website itself is fairly easy to put together, and while you can use it, html isn't necessary. The prices, even without the discount I got as a member of ASCAP, are also reasonable.

Everything seems very easy and intuitive. Very powerful self-service authoring tools with some amazingly creative templates that can get you up & running in no time. I also got some great customer service via chat support right out of the gate. 5 stars for sure!
