When the bottle of banana drops arrived, I read the label. I am allergic to citrus and asked for a full refund. The bottle was not opened, and I requested return details for a full refund as advertised. I was given partial refund options. I requested a refund that I did not agree to. DO NOT order from this company because their refund policy is not true.

0 if possible. This is a total scam. Do not order this. It’s very difficult to get money back. I realized it was a scam after I ordered it and received a few emails. It was obvious the emails aren’t real. I called an 800 number that they provided an email and it was just a clearing house for all different kinds of stuff that claim they were customer service. I told them I wanted to stop the order because I just made it 10 minutes earlier literally. They said they couldn’t do that but they offered to give me 35% back of my money. Obviously something wrong with that picture

I would give this product a -1 if I could. They are a total scam!!! I purchased 1 bottle to try. I had also recently purchased a bottle of Glucose Freedom. When the Banana drops arrived I noticed it was in a bottle just like the glucose. I compared the labels. They were exactly the same. Contacted them, they sent a list of ingredients which NONE of them was listed on their bottle. Asked for a refund and will report them to the BBB. waiting for my money. Warning you don’t really know what’s in the bottle. Label is deceiving. Don’t purchase!!!! Scam!!!

Unfortunate experience just viewing Mournja Burn for weight loss video on Facebook and it said if you don't want this delete and I did then the video switched to Banana drops (same company) and then I saw an email confirming an order I didn't authorize. I immediately requested a cancelation and told too late in progress but I could save everyone time and take a 35% cancellation restock fee; refused. Then they said how about 15% to cancel and not ship. I refused, disputed with bank credit card with documentation. Two days later I get a tracking number they shipped. They advertised FDA approved and sponsor like news media credentials. A.I. character on video? invalid, scam? I'm also reporting to Federal Agencies and investigation to Cart Panda, a platform for monetary transactions based in Delaware; a Dutch company as they were notified to stop this transaction and I was told they could not. So, FCC, FTC, FBI, Federal Banking & SEC will all get my complaint on this company Banana drops and inquiry into Cart Panda who both could have voided the bogus transaction upon notification within a few minutes. This should be illegal and stopped by our government agencies when a monetary transaction is processed unauthorized.

First – their while very long shtick begins by saying they will not be asking for any money at the end of the video - then, what did they do at the end of the video? They asked for money! And a lot of it!
Second, they have some actor on there with an English accent purporting to be Jennifer Lopez – very strange.
Third-anytime an ad tells you that you have to hurry up and order because they are running out of stock, this is a red flag that it is most likely a scam.
Fourth, if it sounds too good to be true, it is probably too good to be true.

I actually started gaining weight when I actually was loosing weight on my own. I was just hoping to lose more weight and faster and clean my gut. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back but reading the reviews here it’s not promising.😞

I bought these through their site and they did NOTHING although I watched my diet and exercised. I asked for a refund a month in (60 day guarantee) and they kept trying to get me to take a 36% discount- EVEN THEY DON’T WANT THEM BACK! Does that tell you something? They do not work even if taking 4x the amount as they suggested.

This is a "SCAM" COMPANY!!!!!! Do not purchase from this company. First of all there is no results from taking this, second of all, the product which comes in a small bottle with a dropper "TASTES AWFUL".

Unfortunately for me, I bought the extra bottles. Right after the original purchase (same day), changed my mind & tried to cancel this extra order. They talked me into keeping the extra package & they would only charge me half the price & credit the other half to my credit card. Yes they did this. After I received the product, that's when I discovered how awful this tasted. Tried to get a return requisition number for this but was unsuccessful. At first they told me I'd have to pay for shipping & that I would have to pay a "Restocking Fee", well that changed quickly. They Claimed I already got a credit & could only refund the money for a 1 time ordeal. What kind of a company, states full refunds if customers are not satisfied with their product and then go back on their word??? They are frauds that's why. !!!!

"DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT" OR YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!! I THREW THE "ENTIRE" ORDER OF THESE DROPS IN THE GARBAGE. It's too bad these companies take advantage of consumers, ..., ..., THEY are so dishonest. BEWARE!!!!!!

Liars taking advantage of people who feel hopeless. It is people like you who cause low self esteem by fat shaming tactics and reel people in by saying that they will give them a solution that is free and can be found in their own kitchen. and this out of the goodness of their ever-loving hearts. I cannot blame you for wasting my time because I chose to watch the video. I was curious to see if there was anything new under the sun. Vanity vanity. All is vanity. I forgive you. I pray that you will find a conscience.

I accidentally double ordered the 6 pack( hand tremors).. lost a whopping 2 # after 2 bottles. Just saw Walmart sells 3 pack for $40. It's a scam and I fell for it.

Well I returned my 6 bottles in October and they received it, i gave them the tracking number and all the other info they asked for, but I still have not received the 369.99 refund. So i called and called and they said they refunded my money on oct 22nd. Imagine? I did not have any kind of Bank transactions on the 22nd of October so I called again and they said that there was no record of me. So i had to go to my fraud department at my credit union. Just waiting to hear from them.

The begining the video said short 2 minutes to show you how to you a banana and three ingredients you can find in your own pantry. I watched the entire 4th quarter of a football game listening to blah blah, and NO ONE has these ingredients sitting in a kitchen cabinet. What a waste of my time.

I am thinking the banana drops are a scam! I am running into many issues due to an order! I did send them an email before the item was shipped to cancel my order because I changed my mind. The return email made no sense from them. They hated that I had a such a bad experience. I never mentioned any such thing. They offered 33% off and I could keep the product, but it’s everything that has been going on since then that has me on high alert! I have had several different accounts of mine send my codes that I did not request, but someone did! Then I went to login to my bank account and it said too many failed attempts must change password! Now I am really not happy considering I have not tried to login all day! It might all be coincidental, but I really do seriously doubt it. Sooo BEWARE!!! I have also read several different sites stating the banana drops will not do what they state. Do not waste your precious time or money! Always remember if it sounds too good then it’s most likely fake!

I am just so mad at myself for falling for such a scam once again. I bought three bottles because of course they said that was the way to go cost me $177 and they said you could return it within 60 days for a full refund. Since I saw absolutely no results, I called for a refund. This is after about a month. They said they would only refund an unopened bottle less 10% for restocking. That is not at all what was represented in the initial ad. I had opened two bottles so that I would have one in the kitchen and one in my bathroom as to not forget to take it , I have absolutely no results other than the fact that you poop a lot. It’s done nothing as far as losing weight or appetite, suppressant or loss of fat. Total lie in their advertising. Do not buy this product. It’s like throwing money in the toilet.

there are way more than 3 ingredient's and one which is NOT disclosed is raspberry. This has raspberry to which i am severely allergic to.
Money back guarantee. means. you pay shipping and you pay a restocking fee of 10 %.
or they want to give me the product at 35% less and i can sell to someone else.
Why in anyway shape or form would i sell this crap to someone else.
Stand-bye your guarantee, refund peoples money and bow out at YOUR a FRAUD.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Product doesn’t work and they do NOT stand behind a guarantee! Have sent many multiple emails with very little response! Have waited OVER a month for a 30% refund and still haven’t seen it! BEWARE!

This product did not work at all. Returned the remainder.

Please I want my refund, I ordered this product for more than 2 weeks now am yet to receive it, which they stated 3days delivery. I have mailed them several times but they kept on responding with an automated reply.

Absolute scam. No weight loss no increase of energy just a total rip off. I am so sad to see yet again people ripping off overweight people who are desperate for help. I hope they one day face their god and feel his wrath.
