Worst site I’ve been on after winning €350 been waiting a week only to be told they have cancelled it cause I’ve played a game that was not included in my bonus. then why let you on it to play it so refunded me my deposit that I put on . Will not be playing on this site again .

Cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks

Order was over 2 weeks late and then they ended up cancelling my order meaning I paid £100 to wait 2 weeks and then never even received my order. Don’t ever order from here. I Havnt received a refund either.

We understand you were not happy with the service you received.

To clarify the situation, you did place a preorder for an item with us on the 1st of October. The Preorder did state “dispatch estimated early October”. As we have explained our preorder dates are always estimations as these come directly from the manufacturer and are shipped straight to our customers, there are lots of different factors which can cause delays which are out with our control, this is why we offer an estimation and not a definite date. We also state under our shipping information advertised on the website -

“If an item is on pre-order the expected availability date will be shown on the product page. This date is subject to change due to various different factors out with our control, we ask that you please take this into consideration when making a preorder.”

As soon as we were aware there was going to be a slight delay with your preorder we contacted you. We apologised and informed you that unfortunately it would be the 16th of October before the item would be out for delivery with yourself and we offered a further discount of 10% off your item (you had already received 10% off) as a small token of apology for the delay. We also offered to cancel the item and process a refund if this was no longer going to be suitable.

Your replied to that email stating you where extremely unhappy, we better get it to you that week (week starting 10th October) and we better give you a 50% discount otherwise you would leave bad reviews all over our website.

Due to the fact it was not going to be achievable to get the item to you that week, as well as the nature and manner in which you spoke in multiple emails we informed you we would cancel the order and process a refund back to you. Your refund was processed on the 10th of October and we informed you this can take up to 5 working days to clear, we are currently only 2 days after which is why it may not be present within your bank account, but if you do wish to contact your bank they will confirm that this is pending.

We would like to point out again that preorders are estimations and subject to change, we do state this on our website. Whilst we do try and deliver as close to the timescale estimated unfortunately on occasions factors out with our control can cause delays.

We understand that delays can cause a great inconvenience and we are always happy to discuss different deals/options with our customers when this happens. We understand that this can leave customers angry and upset but what we will not tolerate is being spoken to in an aggressive manner with threats that we better offer large sums of money back otherwise if we don’t bad reviews will be written about us.

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery, ordered on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. The high chair was also cheaper on this site than the others. Great quality too. Very pleased.

Good company, fast delivery, recommend!

Can't fault the company, great price and fast delivery. I do have a minor niggle with the chair, however I was able to use my DIY skills to fix this. This is why only 4 stars which is slightly unfair on bambino and me as they were excellent no problems at all. I would definitely recommend and buy of them again.
