I purchased a Burberry coat on 5th…

I purchased a Burberry coat on 5th January and did not receive any shipment updates nor order confirmation by email, my order was only visible on the Bambini Fashion mobile app and it is now marked as " COMPLETED" which is completely bollocks and untrue.

The phone lines ( both US and Austria) do not work, received zero email response to my emails and I simply would like my coat or money back. Very shocking for such a reputable seller and I have nowhere else to file a compliant except here.

Pricing scam. Do not use

I just don’t know where to begin. The entire catalogue of products seems to be crazily priced. I have examples of the same product being priced 10 times more than other sites.
For example a Moncler beanie which is priced elsewhere for £138-280 is priced at £1124, or a kids Stella McCartney dress which is elsewhere priced (direct on Stella site in fact) at £103 but on BF it’s £536 reduced from £1073?? Complete extortion.
When I wrote to their customer service I get a response maybe two weeks later saying “Our pricing reflects the value and convenience we offer beyond the product itself. By purchasing from us, you benefit from our careful selection of high-quality goods, the ease of finding what you need in one place, and our customer support services.

We also handle the logistics, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience, which includes securing hard-to-find items and providing faster delivery options.

All of these factors contribute to a more streamlined and satisfying shopping experience, justifying the price difference.”

Just don’t understand how they can do this?

I had a voucher code to spend which should have had the value on it but they wiped it also. Terrible experience!

Disappointed!!

This is not my first time purchasing and they have been very efficient and prompt in their reply and delivery. However, I'm not sure why this round no one had responded to my shipment order despite sending a few follow up emails. Upon reading the reviews, I realized I'm not the only affected one!! I ordered 3 pieces of clothings and only one arrived. It stated that a new reference number was generated for the rest of two pieces as they were being shipped from different warehouse. It had been more than two weeks since I ordered but no update or whatsoever is given for the remaining shipment! This is really unacceptable and frustrating!

Fraudulent E-Commerce Shop, take money and don’t deliver or respond


Ich habe am 10. Januar 2025 eine außerordentliche Bestellung bei Bambini Fashion im Wert von über 11.000 Dirham (entspricht ca. 2.800 Euro) gemacht, basierend auf der Information, dass die Ware innerhalb von zwei bis drei Werktagen nach Dubai verschickt werden würde. Nach der Abbuchung auf meiner Karte habe ich festgestellt, dass es sich ausschließlich um Moncler-Artikel handelte, die bei Bambini Fashion das Doppelte kosten als bei anderen Anbietern und zudem für unseren Skiurlaub notwendig waren. Leider habe ich weder eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten noch auf meine mehrfachen Kontaktversuche seit dem 12. Januar eine Antwort bekommen. Nach über einer Woche erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass die Artikel aus einem anderen Lager verschickt werden müssten und deshalb verspätet seien. Nach 14 Tagen erhielt ich lediglich ein Moncler-T-Shirt, aber weder die Winterjacke noch die anderen Artikel wurden geliefert. Bis heute habe ich weder eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten noch konnte ich jemanden erreichen. Die Kontakttelefonnummern funktionieren nicht und E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Nachdem ich nach negativen Bewertungen gesucht habe, stellte sich heraus, dass auch andere Kunden ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Es wurden ihnen teilweise hohe Beträge von ihren Kreditkarten abgebucht, ohne dass die Ware zugestellt wurde oder eine Rückerstattung erfolgte. Ich habe auch herausgefunden, dass die positiven Bewertungen auf Trustpilot gefälscht sind, und alle Mitarbeiterprofile auf LinkedIn scheinen nicht echt zu sein. Ich würde dringend davon abraten, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen, da es sich um einen Betrug handelt, bei dem Geld genommen wird, ohne dass die Ware geliefert wird. Der Verbraucherschutz in Österreich sollte hier unbedingt eingeschaltet werden.

I placed an extraordinary order on January 10, 2025, with Bambini Fashion for over 11,000 Dirhams (approximately 2,800 Euros), based on the information that the goods would be shipped within two to three business days to Dubai. After the charge was made to my card, I realized that the order consisted only of Moncler items, which cost twice as much at Bambini Fashion compared to other retailers, and were necessary for our ski trip. Unfortunately, I never received an order confirmation, nor have my numerous attempts to contact them since January 12 been answered. After over a week, I received a message stating that the items had to be shipped from a different warehouse and would be delayed. After 14 days, I received only a Moncler T-shirt, but none of the winter jackets or other items were delivered. To this day, I haven’t received an order confirmation or been able to reach anyone. The contact numbers don’t work, and emails remain unanswered. After searching for negative reviews, I found that other customers have had similar experiences. Large sums were charged to their credit cards, but the goods were never delivered or refunded. I also found that the positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake, and all employee profiles on LinkedIn appear to be fraudulent. I strongly advise against ordering from this shop, as it seems to be a scam where money is taken without delivering goods. The consumer protection agency in Austria should be involved in this case.

Missing item - Burberry cardigan

I have a missing item (valued at more than SGD500) from my order. I emailed them 5x over the past 3 days, tried to call the phone line on the website, left them a ig comment but NO REPLY.
Btw both phone lines are fake and u can only leave a voice message which prob goes nowhere.
The most frustrating thing is my order shows it is completed even though an item is missing and I cannot get any customer service help on this!!!

Pay for express delivery and receive your order after 3 weeks

I made order 17/12/2024 and pay for express delivery. Until 20/12/2024 I don't have any information about shipment. So, 20/12/2024 I call to your company and received information that my parcel should arrive by the end of the day. But 1 or 2 hour later I get email with information from FedEx that label created and my order will be 23/12/2024. We have family vacation. So I receive my order 13/01/2025. With “Christmas's present” which I expected 20/12/2024 and payed for express delivery

Terrible experience

It was my first time ordering from BambiniFashion, I placed my order on 12/29/24, and I paid an extra $24 for expedited shipping. Once I placed my order I received an email from BambiniFashion stating they received my order and that I should receive it by Dec 31st or Jan 2nd. Both dates came and went and I emailed them a total of 3x regarding status of my (already late) order, and not one response from their customer care. I even went as far as sending a detailed dm to their instagram account mirroring the emails I sent to them, and still no response - I have full proof of all of this neglect in photo form and email form, btw. I called both service numbers as well, and it would go straight to a voicemail.

To add insult to injury: I FINALLY received my package today, 1/9/24 (Thursday) - ELEVEN DAYS later, with no responses from customer service or an apology — and I’m missing one of my items; it’s an incomplete order. An order that BambiniFashion took FULL PAYMENT for and that they stated as fulfilled. I just emailed them, and something tells me no one will respond. I now have my credit card company involved in this. Unbelievable, and terrible experience with this company, to say the least.
