They stole my money, literally… Stay away from them.

I ordered for more than $1,700 worth of baby clothes. They never shipped it and their customer service ghosted me.

Scammy website!

This is unbelievable!! I placed my order ( a big one ) a month ago, and I’m still waiting. They do not respond on my e - mails, phone calls or Instagram.
I have never experienced anything like this. After the last email they sent me a month ago, I think they hacked my phone.
This is a disgrace and a scam!!
I will contact my bank on Monday,
Cause I’m now reading all of the others reviews, and I understand that this business is a scam.
No clothes and all the money is gone.

Jag beställde ett par Dsquared jeans till min sons födelsedag. Efter tre veckors väntan mailade jag Bambinifashion och frågade varför jeansen inte har levererats. Då fick jag till svar att produkten var slutsåld och att mitt köp skulle krediteras. Istället för att få pengarna tillbaka fick jag en värdecheck motsvarande beloppet. Jag har mailat Bambinifashion flera gånger och bett om pengarna tillbaka, dock utan svar. När jag ringer till deras kundtjänst är det ingen som svarar. Jag kommer aldrig mer handla något från Bambinifashion och företaget är skyldigt mig 160 €.

Fast shipping and beautiful packaging. All items exactly as expected. Made 4 orders during the current sale. Very pleased. Hoping the store continues and that this is not a liquidation sale.

Everything was heavily discounted but such good quality. Shipping was fast. I don’t love that they make you sign for your package but it’s okay. Such a good selection of cute and inexpensive kids clothing. I keep buying from here and am pleasantly surprised every time!

If I could give less stars I would! If you want to actually receive your orders - which you paid for dearly - don’t bother buying from them. Over a month now and have not received my order, zero communication from BAMBINI FASHION - emails, instagram, online ‘help’ and both their numbers ‘conveniently’ doesn’t work! I would refrain from ordering here and order from a more reputable non scamming company! You guys at Bambini should be ashamed of yourselves, thieves!!!

No response after multiple emails... ordered 8 items and only received 3 items after more than 3 weeks!!! Very Lousy platform.. everyday sending marketing emails but no reply on order queries. 0 star!!

I ordered on 1/9/2025 and I have not received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails and only got one reply which told me I’d receive tracking info. And I paid for expedited shipping. It has been over 20 days. I have no information about my order. And when I check the site, the item I ordered is out of stock. I am angry.

I made an order and select standard shipping to the UK which was £14. When the page clicked over to pay now I noticed the total had increased so I went back and saw it had defaulted to express shipping at £24. I corrected it to standard and went forward to the payment page which remained at the correct value. When I selected Apple pay and paid, the value increased by £10 so I have been charged £24 for express shipping which I didn't want.
Be careful it doesn't default to express shipping. I've emailed to ask them to correct but I'm not expecting they will.

I ordered something twice. The first time it got lost and I haven’t received the other order yet….
I find it annoying that they don’t respond on my e-mails. I hope that I receive my order soon, which I placed on January 20.

It seems that this page has fallen into the hands of scammers. No real online store discounts all products by -70%. I used to order and it was a very good experience, but now I don't dare... the prices are too cheap to be true.

I have ordered a backpack with express delivery, no sign of the package, no info from Bambinifashion. After 10 days I tried to call - after 2 days Ebere (the only call center person...so it's a one man (woman) show) answered and she said she is sorry, the product is not on stock. Since 3 weeks, no money back, no answering at email nor phone! More than this, as the backpack was a gift that a young boy wanted very much, I have ordered (Another 270 euros) another similar backpack, again expres delivery (1-2 working days) and ...surprise surprise, no package arrived!
