The prices were so good I thought this company was crazy ^^ Also my baby really loved her dresses.

I always had a great experience purchasing kids clothes from Bambini fashion. However, this time I bought from the newly introduced womens range. Unfortunately, I personally didn't think the item was of good quality and decided to return it. Bambini Fashion issued an email to select store credit / refund on 20th January - I selected refund. It's now the 17th February, my chaser emails are not being answered, and no sign of my refund.

I have been waiting over a month my order although I haven’t received it yet.. I am sending emails but they don’t replay!!

Scammers ! I have returned the items from Canada and requested refund almost 2 months ago . No response to emails , phone calls .. No refund .... DO NOT ORDER FROM SUCH AS YOU NOT GONNA GET YOUR ITEMS OR REFUND !

Good prices and good quality. Unfortunately the e shop is closed now. I wish temporary

I cannot believe that the whole platform is down and there still people leaving reviews about how good the purchase experience are. That's simply lying. To me, my initial contact (one month ago) to chase for delivery or refund (if things not delivered in time) was dragged into no response, unanswered phone calls and "maintenance undergoing" platform. I am not surprised if it turned out that something bad happened to this company and to all the waiting customers.

No clothes, no feedback and all the money is gone.

I enjoyed my experience with bambini fashion. Great kids products for a good price, many European brands that I like with great quality, I wish we can have this store in Canada. Shipping was fast, I received everything in a week! I will definitely shop again once they will make website available again now it seems it is under maintenance.

Avoid buying from them - you won’t get your money back if you return. I have been waiting for a refund for 3 out of 4 items in my order I placed in December. I sent multiple chasers emails, I called them. I had enough of 2 months of lies and ignoring. The most terrible experience I have ever had from buying online. Many customers complain they can’t get their refund. There is clearly an issue. Bambinifashion business don’t respect customers and has failed to comply with EU consumer law.
