Unsatisfactory Customer Service
Int'l shipping policy states receipt of delivery within 5-7 business days. After 5 business days without a shipping notification, I reached out to customer service via email requesting a status update - no response. It's been 7 business days and have not received any updates. SLAs (standards and target dates the business establishes and holds itself accountable to) set customer expectations, which in my case have not been met. Simple as that. They may have great products and solid customer service 90% of the time. I wouldn't know.

Hi, thanks for your review! We're so glad you love the leggings! Our products do fit differently depending on the style you bought but we hope that the size guide on each product page can help with giving an average measurement range. We'd be happy to exchange the product for you though, as per our returns policy which can be found on our website, if you would like to size up in your leggings! Just drop us an email and we'll get back to you asap! :)
