Average. Could have been so much better!

The start at Vilnius was anonymous. I received an enveloppe with the program and name of the guide. No introduction at all. There were so many people not organised at all! I think over 100 people, later to find out there were actually 4 groups.

The hotels transfers and program on the road were well organised. But a city walk with 40 people is not recommended. Our tour leader had no idea who was in our group and who wasn’t…
At the end of the week I knew like 6 persons inside my group.

The group was like a riding train people jump on and off so there wasn’t a real group atmosphere.

The additional tours were so overpriced that it was almost embarrassing!! 😳

Our tour guide she was a lovely lady but it felt like I was on a mass tourism trip…

Before I booked the average age was supposed to be between 40-60 years old, but at least 70% of the group was over 70 years old.

From Portugal, I contacted Baltic Tours, asking about a tour of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. I got a reply from Iveta, who was very helpful. Everything worked fine and we joined this tour in Vilnius. The tour was very well organized, we really enjoyed! Our guide was a lady, Alla, who not only was fluent in Spanish an Portuguese, she was very nice and demonstrated a deep knowledge about art and culture in general. The guides in Vilnius and Talin were also very good, they really knew what they were talking about.
From our experience, I truly recommend this tour!

Fantastic tour through Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Helsinki and St. Petersburg. Brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable guides, comfortable buses, nice hotels, especially in Vilnius, and well-organised excursions. Really recommended.

An enjoyable and informative vacation of 3 baltic countries - Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia over Easter in April 2019. From booking to the end of the tour, it was seamless - minus 1 minor booking hiccup (which was promptly resolved by Iveta). Iveta even offered to call me to go through some questions I had about the tour. The tour director, Elena was very knowledgeable - a local from Riga and it was truly wonderful to make her acquaintance. 4-star hotels were as per itinerary and tour personnel were professional and friendly. I honestly could not fault this tour and will definitely use them next time.

Baltictours organized a 11 days Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania & Poland 12 persons private tour in end May 2019. All went smooth, tour guide had good knowledge, well experience and courtesy. Coach provided wasvery comfortable. Very careful drivers were helpful, though they didn't speak English.
Hotels assigned in Tallinn & Riga are very disappointing. In Tallinn, the hotel quoted is Hotel Radisson Blu Olumpia 4*, and finally assigned to Hestia Hotel Barons, which is an old timer hotel, rooms and bathrooms are small, and no window, Nowhere close to a 4 stars hotel. So as in Riga, quoted Hotel Mercure Riga 4* and assigned a terrible Rixwell Old Riga Palace.
My advice to you: Insist Balticyours to stick to the hotels they originally quoted !!

All aspects of the tour were professionally managed. The organizational skills of the company to coordinate language needs, to assist in the processes of booking and responding to questions, and to provide high quality senior tour guides and local expert guides is exemplary. Bravo!

I very much enjoyed learning about the capitals we visited and appreciate how knowledgeable the guides were and how friendly and genuine they were. I would highly recommend Baltic Tours for the quality of the programs and staff.

Accomodations ranged from excellent to good.The bus service was excellent. The drivers professional and courteous.

I look forward to another Baltic Tours trip.

Excellent tour of the Baltic’s. We had enough time in all the three countries - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Our tour director Marina was amazing and very likable.
The four star hotels were good and well located.
I did a couple of optional tours and they were very good.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

The tour agency was unknown to me (i am from South Africa) but from the start I was impressed, ie website info, descriptions, on line communications and pre-tour information - appreciated the info regarding the visa application, It made it possible to deal directly with Baltic Tours. Thus not necessary to work through a 3rd party. (On line payment was initially a bit of an issue but solved by another way.) The hotels (location and quality) were good of which some were excellent. We were a mix of language groups travelling together but well catered for in terms of language preferences. Professional guides- those from Baltic Vision (language & handling "demands" and diverse people) as well as locally. .Never experienced unwillingness to share information. The buses used and drivers were also good. Excursions were guaranteed even if a low number of persons was interested. Enough free time for those wanting to do things at their own leisure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Well planned. Clean safe places to stay. On time starts and finishes. Talented tour guides. Planning another trip through Baltic tours this year. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this tour. It was organized, I feel I got more than what I paid for, the accommodations were top of the line and the tour guide was very informative and helpful. There was the right balance of free time and time with the group.

Good hotels and an excelent guided tour. We had the great pleasure to have an excelent guide with us during the whole trip. She made all the difference for us. Latvia, Estonia and Lethonia are interesting places specially due to their history and culture. They are young countries with resilient people. The “silent revolution” was an example of a peaceful political movement.

Excellent personalized tour for 2 couples with private van, drivers and guides moving between three countries: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Drivers and guides took good care of us; were courteous and professional. Hotel accommodations were all excellent; all rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet; reception staff were friendly and helpful. Two areas for hotel improvement: breakfast setup at Riga hotel (Hotel Old City Botique) was not as good as at other hotels -- large tour groups were present, food was cold, choice was limited. Location of Hotel Atputa was too distant to walk to anything; no bar service at hotel; staff, however, was excellent; Luckily our driver stayed in the same hotel and drove us to town for dinner. Tour schedule received could have been clearer regarding when/where guides were meeting us.

This was a very good tour. The tour guides were very helpful, everything was done punctually, and things went very smoothly.

My husband and l did the Baltic lmpressions tour in 2017. From the initial contact with lveta to finalize logistics, to the experience of the tour itself, everything went smoothly. This tour option combines nature and more urban experiences well. Our guide, Janis, was excellently informed, fluently multilingual, friendly and patient. We enjoyed being part of a small group. Hotels were centrally located and good. We did unexpectedly combine with another group for certain city tours, but it did not present any specific problems.

We had some initial reservations about an organized tour. No more!!! Contact with Iveta and her office prior to the tour could not be better and more efficient! Helpful, courteous, and very very efficient. The tour: Accommodations? 4.5 out of 5. Transportation: 5! Organization/guides - 5! Selection of the sightseeing sites - perfect

Nothing really to complain. I wish we had more time but that was not the operator's fault:-). If I ever have a chance to do another tour - definitely I would use BalticTours.

Baltic Tours organized our entire travel stay and transportation during Junior World Rowing Championships. Rasa was professional, accommodating and responded quickly via email to any questions or changes during the booking process. Snieguole provided excellent customer service, communication, and follow up at the site. They made our week stress free and relaxing.

Baltic Tours and Lithuania are the most valuable things for me.. My best friend's hometown is here. Baltic Tours is the best :) Çok başarılılar 👍👍👍 keep going 💪💪
