Balloons Delivered Omdömen 

I was extremely let down when the balloon I ordered didn't arrive. I have attempted to contact the company on several occasions over a period of 3 weeks (via email which they state is their only form of contact) and to date nobody has bothered to respond and no refund has been processed. Others have made similar comments on the Facebook page so it seems to be a regular occurrence that they're happy to take your money but not supply the goods.

Ordered a balloon for today for my grandsons birthday never arrived .
No phone number either .
Was ordered back in november.
I ve ordered some for christmas i guess these wont arrive either .

As another person stated I wouldn't give them a star at all but you have to. My delivery to my niece who had just had a baby was a day late. When it did arrive the most expensive balloon was deflated and open like a crisp bag. The other 2 balloons were pretty much useless too. I've emailed the company until I'm blue in the face but no response. They are happy to take your money but do not care about the recipients or the satisfaction of their customers.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I have only given it one star as I can't give zero.

The balloons arrived two days late, and this was a big problem as the recipient had moved on from the address. It was for his 60th, ordered well in advance, but the parcel wasn't even en-route on the day.

I tried to get the delivery cancelled but have had no responses to any emails I have sent them.

Buy here at your own peril.

Aside from missing balloons that were an additional £7.50 they have yet to respond about, the quality of the balloons is poor. The colours are nothing like as advertised. Rose gold = pale pink, Gold = yellow, Silver = grey. Turquoise = blue. The translucent helium balloon is of low quality.

The lettering is vague and cheap. The message tag is actually a printed white label stuck on without any care.

Complete rubbish considering was £47 with delivery. Absolutely nothing like the website.

I ordered some balloons for my sisters 30th Birthday in advance to be delivered the day before. They did not arrive and I waited another week but still nothing. I contacted the company who took a while to even reply as there is no telephone number. They apologised and said the balloons had not been scanned at the depot and appear to have gone missing. They said they had issued me a full refund on 9th November saying it would be back into my account in 5-10 days and it is now 03/12/2021 and still not refund nearly a month later and no balloons but my money still not refunded. Quite annoyed given this was the first time I had used the service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent product, professional Company. Will definitely use them again.

The ballons I received for my daughters birthday last month were excellent the offer was fantastic and I would have spent alot more in a shop the service/delivery was fantastic A+ company and the ballons have only just started to go down

Found this company by chance on a last minute dash to find balloons for my little ones 2nd Birthday. Ordered a hey duggee themed bouquet of balloons (1 x duggee shaped Character balloon,1 x hey duggee themed round balloon, 1 x blue round and 1 x orange star balloon) in a box and they were fantastic, great value for money more than I would have got at the bigger chains and they were half the price. The presentation was to a high standard and the added small balloons in the box were greaty received by my toddler. The balloons stayed inflated for days and he loved being able to see them every morning and brought so much joy. Delivery was fast and on time and we will definitely use them for future occasions. Showed that they value customers and the joy that they bring to celebrations the tiny details made the difference.

This was the only company where I could find an age 16 balloon, I loved the option of adding additional heart/ star shaped balloons - I opted for 2 extra balloons. My niece loved them. They arrived on her birthday.

I came across with this company online when I was looking to make a surprise for my daughter 16th birthday.
Website so easy to use, my balloons arrived early on the day, well packed, beautifully made and they lasted for more 4 days (my 2 months old was happy to play with them after).

Still awaiting response nothing still , given up causing me more stress than anything, can understand why u cant ring them too many complaints, not even got a refund for my delivery? Which was a day late wont be using again sorry, even an apology would been something , sad as the balloons were lovely when they eventually were delivered

Ordered balloons for my partners birthday. They turned up, 1 was ripped apart, 1 was uninflated and the ribbons were an absolute tangled mess. They don't respond to any emails. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs

Really poor service, not delivered on my order for my husbands 50th birthday party. I made 3 attempts to contact via email as no contact can be made by phone, I have still received no response with an explanation. I only went with this company because of the reviews so I thought it was only right to worn what could potentially happen and how let down you could feel. I will never use again. Really disappointed and angry compounded by the fact they won’t respond!!
Finally responded, showed tracking of parcel which they had put in the shed. I didn’t check shed as I had received no time slot and normally a card would have been pushed through to indicate parcel left. Maybe a review with parcel company needed. Still wouldn’t recommend as response to my query was too late and event had past!

I ordered lots of different balloons for a 30th birthday, they were really well packaged. Matching balloons I ordered looked very pretty.. They are still up 3 weeks later!
The sweets I had on some of the balloons make it very individual.
I will be ordering again very soon!
