They selling expired tanning oils and refusing refunds without any excuses. DISPUTED AND COMPLAINTS FILED. DON’T ORDER ANY ITEMS FROM THEM!!!

I bought the ultra dark bundle. Face tan, foam and mitt. The mitt was awful. Kept falling off. The face tanner did not work and make my skin spotty. The ultra dark tan was patchy and lasted about 3 days before it completely washed off. I messaged for a refund and they blamed my application. I found them rude and it seems unless you are a celebrity advertising their product, they aren’t bothered. I asked for the email for their complaints department and they wouldn’t give it to me and told me to enjoy my day! Fuming!

Bali Body reagiert nicht auf Mails und löscht Instagram Kommentare. Ich habe das Face Tan Water bestellt welches abgelaufen angekommen ist und komplett gelb. Zudem habe ich 9€ für den Fedex Expressversand gezahlt und dann wurde das Paket doch als normales DHL Paket verschickt. Ich bin absolut wütend, da nicht auf meine Mail reagiert wird. Fast 40€ rausgeschmissen

I order 2 products before two months from bali body EU and they send me that I have received. I didn't have any notification or something . I have send 2 emails for refound but they don't reply. I am so angry and I don't know what to do.

Lief alles ohne Probleme ab. Habe bisher 2 Mal bestellt und beide Pakete kamen innerhalb einer Woche an. Bei den Sonnenölen kann ich keinen Effekt erkennen, aber die bb-cream ist der Knaller.

Fantastisk selvbruner er specielt vild med deres face tan water Oil! Den dufter godt, nem at påfører og resultat ALLEREDE EFTER FÅ MINUTTER 🤩

Order has not arrived, emailed the company twice - no response. They sent me an automated email asking for a review which I did but they obviously only publish 5 star reviews on the site. Save your money if buying from Ireland anyway because your order won’t arrive.

This tanning mousse is so sticky, horrible to sleep in as it just feels tacky against your sheets, it stains them horribly as well. It’s patchy pretty much straight away, if you do manage to get an even tan however it will go patchy as soon as you shower. It doesn’t go that dark either so make sure you do two coats if you actually want to look tanned. The gradual tan is slightly better for tan and evenness however it takes ages to rub in as it’s so thick. definitely not worth the price. bondi sands is amazing at lower price and still australian and vegan tan :)

I love BB's self tanning range - it's the only range on the market that doesn't irritate my skin, and leaves me with a natural looking tan. I'm a fan for life!

Ordered some tanning oils and original dark mousse from Bali Body! Their customer service was amazing! Received my order and I have to say the Natural Tanning and Body oil is my all time FAV! Will definitely be re-ordering <3

same story as the others here in the UK, they take your money and you never receive the product! I unlike others have managed to get through to them via email after they lost my initial order, they placed another replacement order for me but then that also did not arrive. I have asked them for a refund which I am hoping they will honor. Such a shame as I have previously ordered their tanning oils and received these with no issues, I do not understand what has happened to them recently, shocking service is an understatement.

***UPDATE***
After months of waiting for a package that never arrived and being blocked on their Facebook and my messages on their Instagram feed deleted, I posted repeatedly on their feed that my messages were being deleted and my emails not answered. I also reported them in the Australian scam watch. FINALLY, today after more than three months of my purchase they refunded my money. Still, a sad experience and the worst costumer service ever. I would never recommend to buy on their site unless you actually live in Australia.

Virkelig god selvbruner.
Jeg har altid været meget lys i huden, og tager ikke så nemt i mod sol. (Hvilket også er ok) men Bali Body giver mig en naturlig, flot glød. Den er meget jævn. Det eneste minus kan være, at der ved fødderne, godt kan skjolde lidt. Men et godt råd er, at bruge en skrubbesæbe og en god lotion inden man bruger Bali Body.

Hvis man er meget lys i huden, synes jeg, at man skal vælge den der hedder Dark.

The package never came to me .. they stole my money for sure.. and they don’t reply at emails. Very disappointed

If I could I would give 0 stars. I bought 2 products from them but NEVER received the package. I’d tried to email them several times, contacted them on their website and Instagram never got an answer. They don’t care about if we got the product or not they just care about the money!

Well I placed my order two months ago, on dec 25th 2020 and I didin't receive it. Tracking number stop working more than a month ago. I wrote several times to their email address, DM in Instagram and through the form on their website. They only answer the public messages on their grid but in reality they don't give any real solution. I sent them my email and my address details and they stop replying. At this point I just feel they stole my money.

Ordered 3 different products - arrived on time BUT one of them expiring in less than 1,5 months, others in 2 months and the rest has no expiration date AT ALL and when I opened those without date - well, they definitely does not smell fresh, smells like an old oil with shimmer. I paid 60+ EUR and couldn't be more disappointed. Never had I purchased products with such short expiration date so clearly they are just sending out their old stock plus they are giving expired products as a free gift!

There is absolutely no customer service as they have not been replying to e-mails OR Facebook messages. 0 communication. Whatever good reviews you can see online or on youtube - they are clearly paid!

Bali Body is just a great example of BAD BUSINESS.

Bought a set 24 dec over a month ago sometimes replies to emails then said it got lost in transit asked me about my address if it was correct told them it was and I am now still waiting for a reply over a week now I will never buy from bali body ever again clearly scamming us all as I keep reading these bad reviews and the same thing is happening to us all
