Poor quality for the price.
You can get better quality and customer service from elsewhere. Especially given the price.
Cleanser and Scrub should really of come in tubes rather than pots as both have a near water like consistency. So you will spill half the product out trying to open it as the inner protective lid is pretty stuck on. Your skin kinda feels a bit greasy after use, while also irritated in places. For price to quality, just buy cerave or loreal for men.
As for the hair removal cream, just buy Veet. I've tested this on various parts of my body to remove hair, and even with the maximum 7 minuet wait that hair was still attached. While the cream smells like hair removal, it certainly doesn't act it. Instead it's just messy to apply and remove.
Beard balm, very very oily. And doesn't absorb well into the beard. Left my beard looking like I'd dipped it into a pot of oil and subsequently meant I had a major breakout. If you want something that absorbs well and doesn't give you bad acne, try loreal for men's expert barber stuff.
As for customer service, there's no way to refund from your order or account page. So you have to send a message to them. Which they don't reply to or seem to actively monitor.

The Silver back kit
Excellent packaging and Simple easy to use instructions, and really thought the helping hand tool and loofah were just the extra help I’ve always needed to do my back independently. Will definitely be using this product in future, the hair removal cream worked excellently on my back and highly recommend

Great customer service and attention…
Great customer service and attention but the men's grooming hair removal product was a nice idea but very tricky to use and the applicators were useless as they absorb the cream rather than spread it. The cream smelled the same as Veet except black.

Siverback Kit
Bought the Siverback Kit for my back.........it was nothing short of useless. Barely took any hair off and left my back red raw and sore for the rest of the day.

First removal cream I've used that actually removed all the hair with minimal irration right into intimate crevices. One tube did my whole back and butt. Highly recommended.

Great product and prompt delivery.
The Baldape Parlour hair removal cream works great if you leave it on for around 6 minutes is optimal for me.
Always prompt delivery and kept up to date with order progress.

Rubbish. Doesn't work.
Spent 20 minutes applying the cream, left it for 20 minutes to work (13 minutes longer than the suggested maximum time), and then used the loofah in the kit to exfoliate.
After showering, to my dismay barely any hairs were removed.
Total waste of money, wouldn't recommend or use again.
